The best part was being able to reach a live agent to assist me in porting my number from Mint mobile to Lycamobile and it was easy to get my Pin and Account number without difficulty and stress. Having the option to get an affordable plan like $21 for 8GB for 3 months and to be able to get this plan again after the 3 months ends.

"The customer service has been good and the team is helpful, but for some reason, my mobile data service completely stopped working today. I'm hoping this is just a temporary technical glitch or network outage that gets resolved quickly, as I need my data up and running.
