Lyca Mobile numbers are generally assigned automatically at activation, and in most cases customers receive a randomly allocated number. If you are looking for a specific or “fancy” number, this is only possible in selected cases and depends on availability.

After 1 day, still no service
After 1 day, I still have no service. I called again and they said to wait another 4-24 hours before I can activate my line. I wanted to cancel and switch back to my previous carrier, but I cannot do that until I have an account. I need my phone for work. This is frustrating.

every month is a huge hassle to recharge my phone. each time i call no one helps. i lost 2 days of work this month because i couldnt get it recharged. said i had a pending transaction but it jever went thru. then kept saying to wait 30 mins because of last transaction. but i dodnt even have time to put my card number in so i knew it didnt work. just always a hassle. ive wasted more time and money on this service than needed. i will be ending my service soon. its rediculous service and i dont even get 5g anymore. no clue why. still cant log in my account still cant receive texts. been several months since starting with luca and not once have i been able to use the app each time i call im told its a technical issue. no one helps

The best part was being able to reach a live agent to assist me in porting my number from Mint mobile to Lycamobile and it was easy to get my Pin and Account number without difficulty and stress. Having the option to get an affordable plan like $21 for 8GB for 3 months and to be able to get this plan again after the 3 months ends.
