Instead of $7.50 your system took $19 from my credit card
A very nice helper of yours guided me the last time to keep my original plan for $7.50. (I lost my original number before because I had clicked on the wrong bottom for renewal.) So he guided me for my number 917-754 8576 to continue with the $7.50Plan and said that everything was perfect. But when I now, a few days ago wanted to pay for the next month - it showed $19, also in my history it showed $19. So your system must act differently than your employers, I guess. So now I went into your new offer of again $7.50 and asked to take my 'old' number with me. Whether that works out....???God knows. It would be fair to send me back the too much taken money from me. Avoid these SCAMMERS!
Service was BAD with so many dropped calls. I called a week before the month was up to confirm my plan would not get charged. They confirmed auto pay was off. They still charged my credit card and despite numerous calls for refund the keep saying it will take 24-48 hours and then complete. It been almost a month so I'm filing a complaint with the FCC and they will take over. Horrible carrier

Renew SIM to eSIM
They forced me to switch my SIM to an eSIM while I was outside the US, but they did not inform me that I needed to be physically within the US to complete the update on the US network. As a student, I only return home once a year, and now I cannot log in to my US bank account because it requires an SMS verification code sent to my phone number.

Lyca mobile have been known for affordability, they are longer affordable. You have to subscribe and then purchase additional credit for international calls. Previously, you got some credit with your scribed plan and you top-up for international credit when required. #annoying
