Worst customer service

Worst customer service. Some of them do not understand English. I wish I could give less than one star. They are the worst provider in the USA. They would not even let me leave their service. I asked them for my PIN and account number so I could keep my number, but they would not provide them.

My mom has been trying since the last…

My mom has been trying since the last five years to get a eSIM card and then since the last three years, we’ve been trying to call the company, but there’s no response. No nothing we call them right and then they just put the phone away for like two or three hours they’re like I’m gonna transfer you to the other guy and then for 2 to 3 hours nobody’s there.
