Brilliant throughout
We took a bit of a risk ordering a table and chairs that we hadn't actually seen in person! But Luxus have been brilliant throughout. The online chat answered every question I had quickly and effectively, the set was delivered quickly and on a day of our choosing, and we are thrilled with the table and chairs - it is amazing quality. The aftercare has also been excellent. I would definitely use Luxus again

Excellent customer service. I managed to order the wrong colour cushions! Not only was I able to deal with this issue in chat at 7pm on a Saturday evening, but an immediate swap for the right colour is being rearranged, and they were even kind enough to offer to do it free of charge. Would definitely recommend.

The furniture and service was generally great. We had an issue with the parasol and cushions colour not matching,
In the end we settled for a different colour for the cushions as none on offer matched any of the parasols.
However delivery was quick and my emails were responded to speedily.
