Luxsy Jewels Arvostelua

The company is very helpful as I got an incorrect size there replaced it the next day

This isnt the first time I have shopped with Luxsy, I’m always happy, I got exactly what I asked for, if anything it was even better than I could of imagined, I’m very happy with my product and customer service, they made sure they had me every step of the way! Double checking, and making sure I was happy! Thanks again guys. DMG

Terrible customer service, sent multiple emails all have been ignored. I sent back my ring weeks ago as it was turning my finger green they said they be happy to resolve the issue but no surprise I’ve had no refund OR replacement ring. Never purchasing from them again. Save your money or shop elsewhere 👎 UPDATE: (also they only replied about the issue AFTER receiving a bad review so you can tell from that what they really care about and it’s not the customers ) 14/4/2023

I have made a purchase with luxsy jewels and I was blown with the quality. It was only right if I had purchased another order with the AJK pendant chain 🔥🔥

The ring is absolutely beautiful but unfortunately it was too small - I will give it as a gift to someone instead

Ordered a ring and a nail bangle - they were delivered in great packaging and came so quickly. Will definitely be ordering again.

Needed a birthday gift for my partner and she was ecstatic and filled with joy due to the quality of the jewellery and design. Will definitely be ordering again and recommending to my peers

Ordered 2 chains and a pendent, I'm so happy with the finished product, the chains and pendant are glistening. The transaction was so smooth! I'm gonna order a ring and a bracelet next, that's how happy I am with the service.

I bought a bangle bracelet from them. I’m not gonna lie, it was the worst piece of ” jewelry ” that I have ever seen. Stay away from this website. All the designs are stolen, all the bracelets cost 1-3$ on alibaba.

Not only is my necklace beautiful, but when I worried it wouldn’t get to me on time, they sent out another with express postage! Unbelievable service, thank you so much.

Perfect, quick postage nice all item that I bought from them, good quality.

Very disappointed a stone fell out of my ring after wearing once. I asked for a refund they said it would have to be an exchange or a voucher. I agreed to an exchange but wanted a different style of ring instead. They sent the same ring as before. Poor customer service.

There was an hiccup with my parcel through the delivery team, but Luxsy jewel have taking it up and are making things right. With their response I will definitely order again in the nearest future.

Always quality guaranteed from Luxsy, superb finish, looks great and the packaging is excellent! Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a few pendants from Luxy Jewels and I am beyond impressed! The craftsmanship and attention to detail is truly amazing. The pendants are not only stunning but also very elegant, making them perfect for any occasion. The quality of the materials used is exceptional, and they look even better in person than they do in the pictures. The customer service was also top-notch, with a very helpful and friendly team that made the purchasing experience a breeze. I highly recommend Luxy Jewels pendants to anyone who wants to add a touch of class and sophistication to their jewelry collection. Five stars all around!

Excellent service from Luxsy! The Flag pendants are the best I’ve seen! Rings are shiny, chains are glistening! Will certainly shop here again. I definitely recommend LuxsyJewels.

The quality is outstanding also quick deliveries.

Very satisfied with my products purchased from this store. Get compliments everywhere I go with the products purchased. Highly recommend.

Will recommend this to anyone one such good jewellery and excellent service

The products came in right on time, they look amazing and they don't leave those ugly green marks on the skin!
