Was asked to give rating before product even shipped. I placed my order march 26th. Still hasn't arrived

I had a terrible experience my order was not what I expected hair was shorter and when I wanted to return I was told it was inconvenient I paid 96.00 for the unit but was offered back only 18.00 back I will never use this site again and be sure to let others know it’s a fraudulent company don’t use it!!!!! Its a scam

Ordered some hair almost a month ago & still did not receive my package , i have no update about it , i emailed them 3 times to ask for a full refund & they responded the 4th email letting me know my order was in the “ shipping “ process so they couldnt refund me back .. mind you i was unaware of that because the tracking number wasnt being updated . i WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN

The worst hair I ever bought it is not real and it smelled horrible and they will try and make you pay full price to ship it back to them. There hair is fake. Stay away from this company

No issues with shipping. Normal Holiday traffic for the timeframe in which I order my bundles. They arrived PERFECT, No smell of chemicals, So soft, no shedding. Thank you Lumier Hair!

I ordered a wig May 2023 via the picture on the site totaling $112.25, it didn't look anything like the picture so I requested a return. I returned the wig. Paid almost $30 to return it, emailed a picture of tracking receipt from the post office customs. I reached out to them after hearing nothing for a while. They said they can't refund my full amount then offered me half because they hadn't received the wig but had verification it was returned to the address they gave me. It's been over a year and I've emailed them and was ignored. I'm out of almost $150 and I don't have anything to show for it! This is bad business. Your company should be ashamed doing consumers like this.

Whatever you do! Please please do not order hair from this company. Scam and the hair is not real human hair. I have so many pictures and videos. If you want tangle,matted bad smell and shedding this is the hair for you. You could get better hair then this on Amazon vendors

Hair is not human. I wore it for two days, and it tangled so bad that I had to remove it. It would not even curl! Buyers beware!!!

Hair was not totally human hair melted when I tried to flat iron it. The hair hair was shedding. One of the tracks came apart and was hanging off the wi. One of the combs was also hanging off the wig. I will never order from this company again.
