I ordered hair last week for an event this weekend because delivery said I would get it tomorrow the latest. I never got an updates regarding where the package was besides “on its way” which it said since I ordered. After emailing 2x, it was made known to be that the hair I ordered was a high selling product. Either way shipping is shipping, but not once was I updated or was it communicated that it would be delayed. They told me that I would get it next week. I DONT NEED IT THEN!

My hair was really nice and full it took me two packs of clip ins to achieve a full head look.. Hair was soft before and after wash I really like the company and I’ll be ordering again soon..🌟

Do not trust this company!!! They are scammers. I purchased this hair and the very next day I requested to cancel it due to it not arriving in time. This is their policy: Order Cancellations

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. Before the parcel is shipped out, you can cancel your order and we will refund full of your money.

They try to make me keep the item and I kept saying cancel it. They refused then shipped the item out in the hopes that I'd like it if I tried it. Now are trying to make me pay to send it back after I been told them prior to shipping, I didn't want it. I never even opened the package due to me being angry they sent it AFTER I requested cancelation. I don't think you understand, I AM NOT PAYING FOR ANYTHING IN WHICH I TOLD YOU WELL BEFORE YOU SHIPPED, NOT TO BUT YOU INSISTED AND DID IT ANYWAY. YOU ALL WILL PAY FOR IT! I AM GOING TO A COMPLAINT WITH THE GOVERNMENT AS WELL. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I HAVE BEEN HAVING THE SAME CONVERSATION WITH YOU ALL, I REFUSE TO KEEP SAYING THE SAME THING!

Afro Curly exceeded my expectations. The texture blended beautifully with my natural hair, making it look seamless and full. The quality feels great, and the curls held up well. On top of that, the shipping was super fast, which was a huge plus. I’d definitely recommend this hair to anyone looking for a natural, effortless blend.

Received the 14 inch kinky curly human ponytail "on sale" for $58 dollars that looks and feels like horse hair and only 14 inches long maybe if you extend the hair. Can't return due to being "on sale". This is my first and last order with Lumiere!

The clip on Ponytail is so soft and shiny. It holds its shape and curl. Looks great! When I placed my order, it didn't take long to get to me. Thanks!!

The worse experience I ever had. Hair was so bad that it wasn’t even human hair it was synthetic I bought it to the salon for my stylist to also take a look it to make sure I wasn’t bugging before my appointment she told me I was scam it’s not human hair smh I had to do a rush order through LuvMe hair due to the quality of these bundles. I also order 4 and received 3 smh I had to go back and forth to get the address to return these items (hair) which I have to pay to return. These people was trying make me keep something I don’t want not going use (bad batch) hair not real horrible experience smh I will not recommend nobody to order off this site.

The wig from this company is really good quality and looks very natural. The hair is soft, doesn’t tangle easily, and has a nice shine. It was easy to install and fit comfortably on my head. I also like how the wig kept its style even after wearing it for a long time. The lace blended well with my skin, making it look realistic. I’m very happy with this wig and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Please, I employ you, do not buy any hair products from this company. They have false advertising and they do not have a return policy. I needed to return items which were horrible, I put them back in the package immediately. When I reach out to Lumiere to get return instructions, they gave me the run around and then said they would only refund me $45 after I had paid over $150 for the products. They wanted me pay to ship the products back to them and then receive less than 1/3 of what I paid for the products. I would never buy hair products from them. The quality is poor, hard and harsh hair.
