Fast efficient service but bag was damaged
I ordered a pick up on Friday for the following Monday and my suitcases were picked up from my hotel and dropped at my house on Tuesday morning.
My bag was damaged in transit and I had to purchase my lane replacement.
I’ll be cautious using this service as bag damage isn’t something they take liability for. So purchase insurance beforehand. It is a shame as the customer service via email etc is good but the business is not the courier as that service is contracted out so you lose consistency in service delivery.
Just use with caution and have awareness of what you are covered for.

Excellent customer service. I needed to make a same-day change to my pickup details. I was able to reach customer service by phone to request the change. They reached an out to the driver and confirmed by voicemail the change was made.

Different arrivals and damaged boxes and items
My packages arrived at different times and damaged, one box was ripped with big holes even though we packed it even more than the guided suggestions. Plastic boxes and slate coaster that were inside arrived cracked and broken. Thankfully nothing was missing but something couldve easily fallen out with the how big the holes were.

Excellent communication at all stages of booking the transport. Additionally, when talking to their representatives directly, they offered options which were aligned with my needs and available at a lower rate than standard online rate.

Misleading, no shipping provided and yet to refund
The initial customer service seemed great- I had not completed my booking and received a phone call to follow up and answer any questions I may have had.
I later completed the booking, only to be informed AFTER payment of additional size restrictions (I was shopping a surf board and a box, nothing crazy). I queried these and was told i would need to pay an additional 50% to the price to secure the booking.
I then discovered I had been charged in USD rather than NZD, as might have been expected on a NZ website.
It has been five weeks and I am still awaiting a refund.
I am glad to see others have had positive experiences but unfortunately this has not been mine.
