Red Rocket went above & beyond!
The phone was answered immediately by a real person, Lee. We received personal service from start to finish. We were stuck in Surrey having travelled from Cornwall. Along the way, the push button start key had been left on the roof of the car & flown off. Lee arranged for the spare key to be collected from our house in Cornwall & it was delivered to us in Surrey, 6.5 hours later. What extraordinary service, we were & are so grateful to Lee & the driver who made this happen for us. He/they, went above and beyond! This experience & Red Rocket Couriers won't be forgotten :)
