Review Title: Always loved Loveholidays, but deeply disappointed by recent customer support
I have used Loveholidays multiple times in the past and have always found them to be excellent. Up until recently, I wouldn't have hesitated to give them a full 5-star rating for value, ease of booking, and overall experience.
However, my most recent trip in August was a major letdown. I booked what was advertised as a 5-star all-inclusive holiday, but the reality on the ground fell far short of 5-star standards.
What has made the situation worse is the complete lack of follow-up. I submitted a formal complaint to Loveholidays detailing all the issues we experienced during our stay, and I have never received a single response or acknowledgment.
It’s extremely disappointing to see a company I previously trusted handle customer feedback this way. Great service isn't just about smooth bookings—it’s about how a company supports its customers when things go wrong. I hope Loveholidays takes notice and addresses outstanding customer complaints promptly.

I really appreciate you taking the time to share your comments with us, and I’m sorry for any disappointment your recent experience with us may have caused.
Just so you know, any changes you make once your holiday is confirmed will include a £25 administration charge per booking. There may also be extra charges from the supplier, which they set themselves. You can find more details about this in section 8 of our terms and conditions.
When we make changes to a booking, we use a cancel and rebook process with live pricing. This means if there was a special offer when you originally booked, it might not be available anymore because supplier prices can change at any time.
I understand that the answers weren't what you hoped for, and I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
Please be assured the comments have been shared and noted, and will be used as feedback as we continue to improve our service and customer experience.

Paid for a date change
Paid for a date change, then left chasing answers
Our experience with loveholidays has been extremely frustrating and stressful.
There was a discrepancy with the dates on our booking, and we do not believe we selected the wrong dates. To resolve the situation, we nevertheless agreed to pay €165.85 for a date change.
We paid, but the change was not confirmed. From Thursday until their first written response the following Tuesday, we repeatedly chased them by phone and email for answers.
They subsequently acknowledged an internal communication error and that the change request had not been submitted on time.
We paid the agreed amount and did everything asked of us, yet we were left chasing a resolution to a request they had failed to process.
We have now requested an agreed cancellation of the entire holiday with a full refund and no cancellation fees. This remains unresolved.
The poor communication and lack of accountability have completely undermined our confidence in loveholidays. Based on this experience, we would not book with them again.
We'll see them in Court....
