Do not buy anything at this shop. They use pictures of high quality beautiful products and then sell horribly cheap imitations that look nothing like what they're showing in their pictures. Complete scam.
I contacted them about this issue and at first they offered me 30% of my money back (which is already a joke) and then they followed that up with an email saying they can't actually do that but they'll offer a 40% voucher.
Well, a voucher is completely useless given that I'll definitely never shop there again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
Their products are not as advertised. The pictures show really nice, good quality items but you will recieve a cheap knockoff version from China. The products i ordered vs what i received were incomparable. If i could give minus 5 stars i would. Worst company ever!!!

This company does not even deserve 1 star I have never experienced such poor customer service before I ordered swimwear for my holiday which was ordered way in advance but did not arrive until I was away on holiday since my return I have been trying to return items as arrived late and no longer needed + products are nothing like described online very poor quality snd they come from China hence long wait for delivery and they will not give me return information this company is a total scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM nothing but trouble they are happy to take your money then that’s it you will not get anything back from them forget returns they don’t exist despite online saying friendly 24 hr customer service load of rubbish they don’t even respond to your emails I don’t know how they are getting away with this utter disgrace they are allowed to operate this company. Save your money and time go with a company that values its customers AVOID AT ALL COSTS wish I read reviews before placing my order.

This is the Worst company to deal with & should be avoided at All costs !! Cannot be trusted to honour an agreement of Refunding an amount .Used one excuse as system cannot do it ??

It is impossible to make a Return as they make it so expensive with carriage costs & when they offer a discount to keep the item (same as Chinese companies do ) they change their mind & want to offer store discount !! I agreed reluctantly 15% refund & still do Not receive it they keep offering store discount even though I told them I would NEVER deal with the again!!

Should be avoided at All costs as I previously said.

On 20th May I ordered items in two sizes on the understanding that Love Bloom Boutique accept unworn items for return and refund.
On receipt I tried on the more likely size and didn't even need to open the other items. But when I then attempted to organise the return of two items I was met with a blizzard of offers of a discount on future purchases instead. When I insisted that as the items do not fit me I had no use for them and so wanted to return them for refund as per their T&C I was warned that the
process was lengthy and expensive, with items having to be sent to an address in the USA and was then dependent on their final inspection – all clearly intended to dissuade me. Instead, I was persuaded to accept the offer made by Sheila in her email of 15th June
in which she said;
‘ we’d like to extend a*30% refund*, which is our final offer, so you can keep the item without having to go through the return process.’
Which, after some consideration, I accepted.
Kristine then emailed on the 18th June 2026
‘To confirm, I will process the 30% refund ... as discussed. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card, depending on your bank’s processing times.’
On 7th July 2026 Grazie emailed and said
‘ We would like to confirm that your 30% refund is currently still being processed. Once the refund has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details.’
Then, on the 12 July Elizer emailed to tell me no refund is possible because
‘our payment processor is unable to complete this refund to your original payment method. This is a system-level restriction on our end, and it isn't something we're able to override for this transaction.’
Which, of course not only means all these representatives of Love Blooms Boutique lied to me but also calls into question how any refund could have been processed, even had I have gone to the trouble and expense of returning the items.
To be honest this looks like a scam, a way for Love Bloom Boutique to offer refunds but never actually have to honour that offer.
My email making this clear resulted in another change of mind as
On 15th July 2026 Shekinah emailed to tell me that the refund was being processed.
But, as by the 21st July I had not seen any refund I asked my bank to do a partial chargeback to recover the promised refund, which because the grounds were so obvious and indisputable, the bank did immediately.
An hour later I received this message.
‘Membership canceled
Lov
Hey there, we wanted to let you know that your membership for Lov was canceled due to a chargeback.’
Undoubtedly Love Bloom Boutique are a company that should be avoided at all costs.
But, as long as you paid using a credit card, if there is a dispute, it always pays to talk to your bank about a chargeback.

Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS APPALLING COMPANY. Each review has stated the same thing - poor quality products and put multiple obstacles in your way when you attempt to receive a Legitimate refund. I’m still trying to communicate with them on this matter.

Many other people have noted, their sizing as wildly inaccurate, and they won’t actually let you return things or refund you. They tried to palm you off with a replacement item which will also not fit. That website advertises free returns but they offer no such thing, they say you will have to ship things at your own expense and to not bother with that and accept more vouchers for their site for their terrible goods! Wish I had never ordered anything. Do not buy.

Bought a pair of shoes, they arrived and they were not right. After entire series of email exchanges they finally sent a return address in the USA where I’m in the UK. Sent the parcel as a return and they sent the parcel back not to process the return. Cost me £18 to send it back just to have it refuted. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM no matter their response to this review they do not offer product support of any kind and will only further scam you. EVIL SHOP

Absolutely horrific experience when looking to return shoes. Poor communication and then when provided with a return address in the USA, and paying over £18 for return, have had the item returned undelivered. Avoid at all costs!!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. It might say Cambridge on the site, but this is a Chinese scam site that will take your money and send you cheap, shoddy quality products that look nothing like the ones that you thought you had purchased from the polished website. Customer service is not responsive, sending generic emails offering discounts on future orders and then eventually sending a return address in China which might well make it uneconomical to return for a refund. After a month of excuses I am left with a voucher which I am loath to redeem and a bad taste in the mouth. Wish I had checked out the reviews on here before parting with my hand earned cash.

Very poor. Don’t buy. I originally bought trousers that were too small and had a long battle requesting a return address. Eventually settled for goods in place but these are also too small. Don’t have the strength to pursue further which is I expect what they rely on. DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

Customer service is quick to respond to emails. Very understanding to one’s concerns.

Ordered a white dress got a cream dress , asked for a full refund and they offered 30% , dress was cheap fabric and still not had my refund , think I’m going to report them to trading standards. Ripping people off , this can’t go on

Absolutely awful. Poor quality polyester blended fabric felt like plastic sheeting, coarse stitching and of the two blouses I'd ordered one wasn't even the same style and neither matched the photographs.
They offered 15% discount on next purchase - as if I would!!
Said no refund unless I paid for the return (to the States not UK) and I've now reverted to my credit card company for not complying with my consumer rights for distance selling.
Don't be tempted.

I bought shoes from lovebloom and when they arrived they were not as pictured at all, Ill fitting, ugly, made of garbage plastic material and were absolutely unwearable. They will not accept a return for any reason or refund any of my money. Buyer beware.

DON’T BUY!! Trust the terrible reviews. I wish I had looked at them beforehand. Order made 6 weeks ago, no delivery and no expected delivery date. Multiple chasers sent to “customer support” who keep saying they have escalated it. Have since asked for a refund as I don’t need to waste any more time on such a poor company on what I am fully expecting to be a terrible product (based on other reviews).
All the comments about the website implying it’s a UK based business when actually they just import (without any handle on their own delivery) are true.
PS - if LoveBloom respond below saying they would like to look into this further, don’t believe that either. There is only one customer support email address with different people (robots?) responding, none of whom have actually answered my query which is simply - where is my delivery?

This is the worst company to deal with. The Lovebloom Cambridge website is a front for an offshore company shipping from china. The quality of the material is v.poor and the sizing is completely wrong. When you try to return anything you will be be put off and delaying tactics will be adopted to frustrate - I returned the goods with validated verification and still have not had a refund 6 weeks later - I would stay away from this company.

The goods arrived nothing like the photos. Material terrible and cheap. The sizing, fit, shape terrible and shocking fabric cheap tat thats understating. Then boy you try for a refund then the battle commences. Can't do it, problems with this and that problems at their side would take up to X time. Then all the charges that you would have to pay and shipping costs astronomical. I like others thought it was a UK COMPANY very misleading .I took partial refund after MANY MANY EMAILS to and fro of 30% just to have done. Said it would take 30 days or longer with the problems they were having their side yes right.... it's to put you off bothering with a refund it was refunded within days !! So out of pocket and im still left with the tat dresses that are fit for nothing. Im going to complain to the powers that be to deal with this company and their practices. Even from Shein their things are hit and miss but you get your refunds. My advice is DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY TRUST THE REVIEWS. I GAVE 1* because that's the minimum to have to post a review I would not even give a star worst company ever.
