Excellent quality, definitely buy again

I needed a dress for a wedding, so I ordered one from the site because I liked how it looked on the model... but when I received the order, I was in for a huge (unpleasant) surprise: the fabric quality was terrible, and it looked nothing like the photos on the website. I am very disappointed—I do not recommend it!

Every step, from ordering to delivery, they emailed me to let me know. My parcel arrived exactly when they said, safe & sound. My dress was exactly as the image, sizing was perfect. I will be ordering again!

Time they took to be delivered ( especially as wanted for wedding)
Dresses were lovely but sizing not as expected, ordered usual size but think in future people need to order next size up.
Return policy bit of a joke, not only did you have to ask permission but then pay postage and for re packaging ( even though some not taken out once knew sizing wrong)

Order straightforward. And easy but no I wanted to return something as it didn’t fit. I emailed the address but no one ever got back. Hopefully this is an important step they can rectify in future as it would out me off ordering anything from them again which is a same because the products were nice.
