As from my earlier reviews, I used to have a good experience. But I now see they don't do books of paper vouchers and it seems you can only buy a £5 or £10 one. What if I want to buy 5 £10 ones?
I think I will be going to the shops to buy my gift cards to see if they have more places where you can spend them and where I can buy their own company ones.

Your website is appalling. You cannot specify multiple of the same card, which I wished to do to send the same type of card to multiple recipients. I wished to have all of the cards sent to me to personalise, but this appears beyond the imagination of your web designers. You have just foregone a significant order because of the hopeless website. The website is absolute shocking. There’s a QR code on the back of my card and it takes you to a 'page not found'. No where can I find where the remaining balance of my card is. Will never use this company again.

Really frustrating to us the love to shop digital as if you get only £20 have to purchase soemthing for £20 or less and all the stores are large stores as it works like a crdeit card!!! will not use them

Love2shop cards very limited places to spend, shame as I feel it is a total waste of money. E voucher is best option, still waiting to hear if I can have the card changed to a e voucher of course contacted and got a live chat robot only to be told I will be contacted in 2 days. The actual love2shop web site is just mind boggling especially for someone who is not savvy. Not something I will do again and see if love2shop will change the card so I have a much better choice why the card does not have the same is beyond me

I was given a £10 gift code for…
I was given a £10 gift code for completing a government survey. I believe I've activated the code correctly, and I ordered a £10 e-card that supposedly can be used at a wide range of shops.
Well I would be able to use it if they ever actually send it to me. It's been 48 hours since I placed the order and I've heard nothing.
What's even worse is they seem to be ignoring my first attempt to contact them via their web site. I've just used the same contact form with little hope of getting a response.

They advertise themselves as simple, but instructions are ambiguous and misleading and there seems to be zero method to contact customer support. I simply wish to cash in a boots gift card but their links to email, chatbots and customer complaints do not work. I wish i didnt have to leave a review but here we are

Utterly useless. Went through the whole palaver of downloading app and entering personal details, then entering gift code - only to be told my code was invalid! Have uninstalled the useless app.

E gift card …wouldn't work
The purchase went ok but my friend who was the recipient was sent a faulty e gift card. I passed on the number I was given after contacting get park and they fixed the issue but it should have work straight away I felt embarrassed it didn't work
