Trying to contact lords and Labrador for an order that should have arrived. We have received no further information from confirmation email and it has gone past the 3-5 working days.
We have tried reaching out;
2 emails over 48 hours - no response (websites states queries are answered within 24hrs)
Live chat does not open
WhatsApp has left us at a dead end
Where is our order?!
This is our first purchase & now wondering if this is a scam site?!

Fabulous quality items
Fabulous quality items. We ordered the “Grey Cat Washroom by Lords & Labradors” and the “Helsinki The Ball Grey Cat Scratch Tree”. The washroom requires assembly, similar to Ikea but with materials of higher quality. The cat scratch tree is very weighty and of excellent quality. Both have really classy branding in their respective colours. I paid for next day delivery on a Friday, assuming it would arrive on Tuesday after shipping on Monday, but to my surprise and delight, it arrived on Saturday (the following morning)!! My husband and I were very impressed. We’re looking to place another order and hope it lives up to expectations, as we’re choosing based on this positive experience with the brand.

Difficult to assemble
The crate extension was particularly difficult to assemble partly due to unclear / difficult to follow instructions. . The quality does not reflect the premium prices for crate and crate extension

Disappointing
The first crate which was Gold was brilliant and sturdy, this larger one not good very weak and flimsy very disappointing as it was supposed to be a sturdy one

No package received yet
No package received yet. I received an email that it was dispatched, but no tracking number was given, and checking the order on their website, it only says ‘confirmed’. I have contacted them and asked for the tracking number and order status, but have got no reply. Interesting enough I now get this email to give a review. So far my experience is negative as I don’t know if the package exists at all. If they respond properly in a short time, followed by an actual order delivered, I will update this review.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of care
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I’ve received regarding an issue with my gate. Despite explaining my concerns and highlighting my statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act, I feel my complaint has simply been dismissed without any real attempt to properly resolve the matter.
What is particularly frustrating is the lack of willingness to find a fair and reasonable solution. I expected much better customer service and support from a company selling a product of this nature.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would be very reluctant to purchase from or recommend this company in the future.

L&L products are top quality. The customer care is amazing too. Julie was incredibly helpful with a recent return. The bed I bought was too large for my dog. I returned it with Julie's assistance and have now purchased a perfectly sized, beautifully soft donut bed which my dog loves. Thank you!

Everything went wrong from start to…
Everything went wrong from start to finish .order didn't arrive then was told could not get colour I ordered. Then tried to ring nightmare no response. Then WhatsApp finally response. Then gate for dog has missing part no replacement part and gate now out of stock. Then again tried to contact them. Still waiting for a refund. Never again.
