Lords & Labradors Arvostelua

Absolutely love our new dog crate, Mabel the chocolate Labrador is in her element! Great quality, great delivery, very thorough instructions to put together. The sliding door is genius!

The cage and play pen are really well made! We are happy with the mattress, cage cover and bumper as well. It all seems very high quality.

Excellent quality product together with prompt, pragmatic advise.
I wish all on line retailers offered the same level of service

Quick delivery, sturdy box (kitten will love playing in that) great scratching ball decorative as well as useful.

Ordered Sunday 30th August and the site said if we paid next day delivery we could have it on Tuesday 1st September, we did and we are not receiving the item until Thursday 3rd September which is very annoying as we needed the crate as fast as possible, we paid them for next day delivery and they didn't deliver. There were other options but we chose them based on their promised delivery times. Very disappointed indeed.

Poor quality and painfully slow customer service

Ordered a crate and cover package with next day delivery (an extra cost). Only the crate arrived. When I contacted customer support I was told that the cover would arrive separately on the same day but it did not. The cover has now been delivered but my last messages on the WhatsApp number requesting a refund of the next day delivery fee have gone unanswered.

Really well made crate, I am delighted with it. Not only does it look great but it is of strong construction, easy to slide double doors making it easy for my Labrador to come and go as she pleases; on top of that it looks so smart in the silver grey colour! My dog has chewed previous crates but not this one. Excellent. I highly recommend this crate. I bought the large size which is a perfect size for my Labrador and fits neatly under my stairs, a cozy little 'den' for her.

Well made and comfortable bed for my dog that arrived quickly. I have the travel mat already in the same material so I know it’s easy to wipe down, which is perfect as my dog loves to eat her treats in bed!

The most gorgeous blanket - serious question, can you make an adult sized one? I would buy one in every colour! The velvet snuggle blanket is the most perfect thing for my pampered hound, he loves it. Quality is brilliant.

The crate I ordered is very strong and well made
Had bought one previously for my other 2 dogs and needed a smaller one for my dachaund as she wrecked a cheaper one from another store
Delivery was very good to
Very happy

Love the bed. We bought the large and it was already perfect for the adult and puppy version of Labradors.

Great product, smart, heavyweight, sturdy

Love my ticking stripe crate cover - beautiful quality and makes the crate feel much more homely and den-like.

Fantastic cat tree - reaches the ceiling. great quality Our three cats love it

Very solidly built with quality materials. Looks great.

Problem free order, delivery to time and product was exactly what was needed.

Great crates. Waiting for puppies to arrive.

I was searching forever for a travel rug for my beloved Boxer but I wanted a nice, soft, padded one. Then, I found Lords & Labradors! Perfect, exactly what I was looking for. Thank you L & L!

Pet Feeder arrived quickly. Very pleased with it despite a small amount of damage. Customer Care replaced the item immediately without any quibble. Will shop again.
