Do not order!! We have placed a £300 order a week ago and it has not been shipped and they are completely uncontactable on Facebook, email, and WhatsApp. The chat function on their website is inactive. Terrible service and concerned about whether my order will arrive at all.

Very poor customer service, extremely slow to respond to missing item and item not as described. Still waiting for response to email send nearly a week ago!

Thank you team at L&L, great customer service, fabulous product and a pleasure to correspond with. Our new puppy Briard has taken to his new home almost immediately, so all round a great customer experience, both for the owner and Dylan the dog.

Crate arrived heavily damaged. Tried to return and online system states it’s too heavy for their courier. No customer service after 5pm or at the weekend so no idea how I’m going to fix.

Ordered 2 crate sets, the covers came and were as expected. However both crates came with dented bases and one with a badly bent bar. Straightforward enough getting an exchange for this, but when the exchange arrived both crates were of a poor quality finish. Getting in contact took a bit longer this time but another replacement was ordered. As this was the 3rd attempt, I requested that they were well packaged and could be checked by the quality control team. To say I was disappointed is putting it lightly when I discovered yet again damage to the base of both crates alongside chips on the coating of the bars. A collection was arranged and now awaiting a refund. A very very disappointing experience and waste of my time and effort, not the quality expected from a well renowned supposedly luxury brand.

Excellent quality very practical barrier gate for my puppy. Very pleased with the price.

Love the barn door crate. Much more streamlined and I don't constantly walk into a swing door :D
Sturdy, well made and quick delivery. I found a bed at another retailer online that fit perfectly, and they work together well.

This company Take money from a returned refund request order £5.75 and if you don’t receive the refund label in 24 hours ( which we didn’t) it’s too big for their drop off .
But It’s only a small puppy comfort blanket . If you then want them to a pick up they want to charge £15 ..

Trying for over ten days to make communication with the company after making my third purchase and everyone of my orders has had an issue

This third order has still not arrived in 2 weeks with no one acknowledging calls emails WhatsApp and the money has been taken

Highly disappointed with the lack of customer care As the products are beautiful.

I feel very disappointed with the service it’s letting the quality of the produced down when there is no support for the company’s returning client bank.

We love the cage and cover. Ideal for our miniature poodle puppy for now but also when fully grown. Fits in with out decor well.
