I got my account back, and I would have let it slide, thinking maybe my trying to see if my iPad could play games triggered something. Or I may have hit a game that I had already tried on Android, even though I didn't get any points from them (though you think it would count as a game you didn't play) since I got a generic reasoning. But I noticed the age of the coin game offer was changed, but it still has the old description of what you could make for levels. So now I think even more so, I was right about loot up or age of coin couldn't pay the offer rewards as the game was easier than they thought, and I was on my way to getting $31 from the game and still had up to $50 more from them. it would of been easy $100 from playing a game, but of course, too good to be true. I'm guessing I sign it Tos that they can take the points back for any reason, and can't make a stink about it, and played the game for free for a month.

I used Lootup for a while and everything was going fine. But the moment I tried to withdraw my earnings, my account got banned with no warning. I didn’t break any rules and was just using the site normally. I’ve already messaged their support but haven’t heard anything back yet. Super disappointed. Be careful if you plan to cash out, it might not go as expected.

Great site. Haven't had to contact support once since I started using it almost a month ago. revised 06-21-25. They froze my account with over 20 dollars in points and now I'm waiting for support to unfreeze my account. no reason given. when were you going to inform me? restore access immediately you have made a mistake and I find it offensive that you were so non communicative with me during the process.

Venían pagando en tiempo y forma, pero en Mayo 25 cambiaron las reglas, ahora exigen 1000 puntos adicionales por encuestas o juegos, cosa que es imposible realizar. Tampoco se puede cobrar el saldo logrado antes del cambio de reglas. Pasó a ser una verdadera pérdida de tiempo.
