There was a technical issue with being able to redeem points. I reached out to their customer service and they were quick to respond. It took roughly 10 days total for them to fix the issue, which is understandable when it comes to fixing technical issues as they first have to find the bug and then fix it. They were also very friendly in their emails, in today's age, that seems to be the exception instead of the norm.

Unfair treatment - Support ignored my completed offer (Ticket 434077)
I completed the "The Originals" casino offer for 31,500 points, met all wagering requirements, and provided 5 clear screenshots as proof. Lootably ignored me, and Lootup support (ticket 434077) responded only with automated templates, allowing the offer to expire without human review. It is unfair treatment for active users. Avoid this platform; it’s a scam—don’t use it.

Suddenly SESPENDING me !!.
Update ON the lootup!.
1. They did suspend me WITH fals ecusations of using a VPN!.
2. Mailed them on FB & To there support mail BUT they lag of speed to help clients !.
3. Suspencion with NO mail from them BEFORE suspension & Why this is!.
4. I Still think MOST of the GOOD reveuws are NOT acurate !.
BUT they did mail me back !.
They asked for info IP & my Email to look into it!.
& i gave them 24 hours to resolve this fals acusation & lift my suspension!.
What they did within the 24 HOURS!.
STILL NOT happy how they go about things!.
My trust is still shatterd because of this!.
But for now can still make money by wachting videos & earn points of it!.
My advice to Lootup is = First send mails of warning THAT they may ditect something THAT aint right!.
Then iff they dont get awnser back ?!.
Then take action in a apropiat way !.
AND then HELP clients faster when they are falsy acused of something THAT they did not do!.
For now 3 stars because i got my acount back!.

Paid Offer Completed With Proof – Reward Withheld
I completed a paid offer on Lootup requiring a $10 deposit and a $10 wager after verification for a stated $45 reward.
I completed all listed requirements exactly as stated and submitted proof showing both the deposit and the wager.
The reward was not paid. Proof was submitted and not accepted.
I received two support responses:
* One stating that the advertiser “couldn’t verify that some of the offer events were completed”
* Another listing possible causes such as VPN use, failure to adhere to offer conditions, tracking issues, and technical errors
No specific requirement that was allegedly not met was identified, despite proof being submitted that the requirements were completed.
In my experience with this platform, I have previously had offers credited when submitting proof. In this case, a higher-value deposit and wager offer was denied even after proof was submitted.
The underlying merchant (Noviq) received my deposit and wagering activity as part of completing the required steps.
There is no way for me to independently verify the accuracy of the reason provided for the denial.
Deposit is effectively at your own risk, since completion does not guarantee payout even when all listed requirements are met and proof is submitted.
Important update. Not only are they ignoring my messages to support and to comment on my trust pilot review to explain themselves. I had to go try to log into my account the other day just to find out they suspended it for no reason, no email or nothing. I guess they must get offended when you tell the truth about your experiences with their platform, not paying you. Their resort to straight suspending your account. well, that doesn't deter me, it just shows I pressed some buttons they don't like. This is only my opinion, but from my experience, there's plenty of other platforms with more offers, and you likelihood of facing these problems is far less likely.
