Eine Aktivität über das Portal gemacht, dann grundlos gesperrt
Registriert und über das Portal ein Konto bei wirex eröffnet (100$ Cashback). Einen Tag später dann Konto grundlos gesperrt. Mehrmalige Kontaktversuche erfolglos, teilweise gar keine Antwort, oder immer nur: gegen AGB verstoßen.
Ich habe weder mehrfache Konten eröffnet, noch irgendwelche anderen Aktivitäten getätigt außer der einen Kontoeröffnung, sonst nichts! Kein VPN genutzt, nichts.
Scheint kein Einzelfall zu sein, es häufen sich Meldungen über grundlose Kontosperrungen. Der Anbieter möchte wohl nicht auszahlen.
Nicht zu empfehlen!

Account zu Unrecht gesperrt
Mein Account wurde zu Unrecht und ohne jegliche Begründung gesperrt. Ich habe ein Angebot wahrgenommen, Lootup hat an mir verdient. Anstatt mir die Prämie zu zahlen, wurde einfach mein Account gesperrt. Der Support hat weder auf mein Ticket noch auf eine E-Mail an reviews(at)lootup.zendesk.com reagiert. Ich werde die Verbraucherzentrale einschalten!
Edit: Auch nach der Antwort von Lootup keine Antwort auf meine Mail an die genannte Adresse... Auch mein erstelltes Ticket wurde nicht beantwortet...

I want my money
I successfully completed the Wirex offer on EarnLab by making 11 trades and 5 purchases, each over $10. Despite meeting all the requirements, I haven’t received the reward. I opened a support ticket, attached all the necessary screenshots as proof, and even expressed my willingness to undergo any further verification if needed. After several days, my ticket was simply marked as rejected with no proper explanation. I spent over $60 to complete this offer — I’m just asking to receive the reward I rightfully earned.
