I’ve been using Lootup.me for a while now and it’s been a great experience. The platform is easy to navigate, the tasks and surveys are straightforward, and most importantly they actually pay out!
Customer support has been responsive whenever I had questions, and the rewards come through quickly. Definitely one of the more reliable rewards sites I’ve tried.

App is good but the redeem process should be improved

I've had a pretty positive experience. In just over a month, I've withdrawn over $600, and the payment is fairly quick with PayPal. I would have definitely given it 5 stars if my issue had been handled properly. I've completed many paid offers, but I wasn't paid for one in particular, and support didn't help me. I know it's not Lootup's fault, but I think they should force advertisers to pay if an offer was completed correctly, considering I spent money to complete it. Some advertisers aren't even remotely serious and pay random people just to keep their offer from being removed from the platform. I've also noticed that when you use a 20 or 25% bonus, the offer credit is credited well after 24 hours, so you lose the bonus. With smaller bonuses or no bonus at all, the credit is credited within 24 hours.

Uma das piores plataforma que eu já me cadastrei suspenderam minha conta sem mais nem menos com todos os pontos na minha opinião deveria ser bloqueado no Brasil só assim este plataforma vai aprender a tratar os colaboradores com dignidade....

La he usado durante un tiempo y pude juntar 25 mil puntos luego 3 mil y luego 7 mil la verdad siempre pagaron a tiempo y todo en orden, deje de usar la aplicación por un tiempo y ahora que vuelvo a usarla resulta que tengo -2223 puntos, busco una explicación y si hay una manera de arreglar eso :c
