Demander de payer de supposés dommages que nous n'avons pas pas causés est inacceptable ! Aucun état des lieux n'a été effectué en notre présence lors de la remise du véhicule, effectuée avec une boîte à clés ! Je possède des vidéos attestant de l'état du véhicule, identique à l'état mentionné dans l'état des lieux effectué le jour du début de la location. Ce sont des pratiques malhonnêtes, visiblement récurrentes dans cette agence de Naples Aéroport, à fuir absolument ! C'est d'ailleurs le personnel de l'agence de Brindisi qui, sachant que nous devions rendre le véhicule à Naples, nous a fortement conseillé de filmer en détail la voiture lors de la remise des clés...

Votre réponse n'est absolument pas vraie juridiquement, et vous le savez très bien pour avoir été condamnés à plusieurs reprises pour cette raison. C'est à vous d'apporter la preuve que les dégradations ont été causées avant la remise des clés et non pas après, la voiture étant alors sous votre responsabilité (ce sont la jurisprudence européenne et l'autorité italienne de la concurrence qui le disent, et ces textes juridiques sont bien entendu supérieures à vos clauses insérées abusivement dans vos contrats de location). Vous ne pourrez pas apporter ces preuves puisqu'elles n'existent pas ; je possède pour ma part les preuves géolocalisées et horodatées prouvant que ces soit-disant dégradations n'existaient pas lors de la remise des clés.

Fin de l'histoire : aucun débit effectué et silence radio absolu du service client. Dès lors qu'ils ont compris qu'ils faisaient face à des preuves concrètes et qu'ils ne pouvaient pas ponctionner le compte automatiquement, ils ont tout simplement abandonné.
Ces pratiques semble-t-il habituelles (le personnel de Brindisi nous avait prévenus !) ciblent clairement les vacanciers de retour chez eux en espérant qu'ils paieront sous la contrainte ou par résignation.
Un conseil si vous louez chez eux : filmez minutieusement le véhicule (carrosserie, vitres, jantes) juste avant de glisser les clés dans la boîte, verrouillez vos options bancaires et contestez systématiquement par écrit. Ne vous laissez pas faire !

Picking up the car at the airport terminal went smoothly, and the distance to the parking lot could easily be covered on foot, although a shuttle bus was also available. The staff was very friendly, all my questions were answered, and as a bonus, I received a bigger car for the same money. The only thing I expected but didn't receive was a vehicle handover report, because I dropped the car off in the parking lot very early and left the keys in a drop-box.

When we went to get the keys, the customer service staff didn’t give us any explanation about how anything worked. Later, when we went to the car, the guy explained everything to us properly. However, he also told us that the reception staff should have explained everything to us and treated us better.

The process was easy, there were no issue, I have booked a van there was 7 of us. Vehicle was pretty new, it had external damage, but it was market obviously before handover. Return was equally easy. No complaints in my case.

I've given the review 5 stars, however there's always a few pointers for improvement :-)

Collection of the car is very easy from the airport. You get transferred to the car lot to collect your car
The only thing I would say...it was a shame I didn't get the exact car I book. I was offered an upgrade but at a cost, which I declined. Instead, I was given a small Jeep Avenger. Though is small car it can be a little difficult squeezing through the narrow roads on the coastline (Amalfi). Also, when I took the car, it smelt of cigarette smoke which was a little disappointing.
I also recommend when you collect the car, take a video during the inspection.
Other than those minor things, the staff and arrangements for the collection and return was very easy. I will definitely be booking from this place again!

Fantastic service and very professional. Amazing customer care.
5 star all day long.

The company charged an after hours fee of 45 euros even though we were there before the closing time .
.keep in mind nowhere was this mentioned during the booking process .
Also we were not able to fill the gas due to flight changes and they charged us 55 for the process of filling up the tank .

And the customer service is awful as well . I have not received any answer about my complaints. Don't choose them .

Excellent service from start to finish. The booking process was simple and quick, the staff were friendly and professional, and the car was clean and in perfect condition. Pick-up and return were smooth and hassle-free. Everything was exactly as promised. I would definitely use Locauto Group again and highly recommend them.

Great vehicle, no quibbles when returning.

This summer, I rented two vehicles from Locauto in Italy, and the experience was excellent. The staff were always very friendly, efficient and quick to assist. The cars were new, well maintained and very well equipped.

Both the pick-up and return processes were quick and straightforward, with no unnecessary paperwork. All the information and documentation arrived promptly by email and was always readily available whenever I needed it.

I would definitely recommend Locauto and would happily rent from them again.

The procedure was fast with organized transportation to the pickup parking area.
