Super Car, no deposit in place, tuto bene.

Overall the experience was good. We got (eventually) a very good car in a great condition. The check in and check out were efficient and the service people in the parking lot were friendly and helpful. The only thing that almost turned this review upside down is that when we came to check in to get the car, we were given an Opel Astra instead of Audi A3, which they claimed was the same category even though it is smaller (especially the trunk) and were not willing to switch to another car model in the same category, only to upgrade in extra 330Euro. When we saw the Astra, we understood that even our relatively small luggage (only trollies) will not fit in. However, the nice and friendly people in the parking lot found us a different car of the same category that fitted to our purposes and made the switch on the spot. So eventually we had a great trip with a great car that fitted our needs (5 stars). But it could easily be the other way unless we insisted to find another model. So overall - 4 stars.

Vor Ort schnelle Abwicklung, die Details zum Fahrzeug werden angezeigt und mit aufgenommen (Vorschäden usw.)Super Abwicklung…

Ottima esperienza di noleggio con Locauto aeroporto di Napoli. Accoglienza al desk gentile e professionale. Ho fatto un upgrade d’auto in aeroporto e stipulato anche polizza per copertura totale. Al ritiro e riconsegna auto i ragazzi sono stati gentili ed efficienti! Servizio navetta incluso molto apprezzato!

A new, clean car; helpful and very gentle service. Quality and prise well balanced.

Pretty good with comunicating, give us feedback, and small cars perfect for the small streets in Napoli. Although everything was good, I suggest everyone to be carreful about choosing the engine, because if you go to trips around, there are a lot of mountain hills and steep streets, and you need a more powerfull car.

Polecam Locauto Group, wypożyczony samochód był praktycznie nowy, czysty, przyjemnie się nim jeździło, obsługa w firmie bezproblemowa, wykupiłam pełne ubezpieczenie, firma nie wymaga kaucji, w Neapolu samochód odbiera się z parkingu poza lotniskiem, transport z lotniska na parking jest co kilkanaście minut, biura wypożyczalni są na I piętrze lotniska, za przylotami, dopiero potem idzie się na miejsce transportu na parking wypożyczalni, samochód oddałam bezproblemowo poza godzinami pracy biura, kluczyki wrzuca się do skrzynki na parkingu

Mindent gyorsan és precízen intéznek.
Nekünk okoztak sérülést az autón, de gyorsan elintézték a papír munkát és normál összeget vontak le a hitelkártyáról. Nagyon ajánlom az extra biztositást. Ne náluk mert drága.

Prix très compétitif par rapport aux autres sociétés de location de voiture à l'aéroport de Napoli. De plus, le jeune Monsieur qui m'a accueilli était très professionnel et fort sympathique. C'est la seconde fois que je passe par votre société de location de voiture et ce ne sera pas la dernière ! Je vous recommanderai vivement ;-)

You must show with a pin on google maps the pick up point exactly, I had a problem to understand the pick up point of the shuttle bus!

Por llagar después de las 23.00, solo 20 minutos de retraso para el cheking del auto, se me cobró 43€ de más...por culpa de retraso en el vuelo..
