Locauto Group - Milano Malpensa Aeroporto T2 Arvostelua

Prima auto ze waren zo vriendelijk om me zonder creditcard toch te helpen. Chapeau volgende keer weer daar naar toe

Thanks for the prompt reception service. The car was excellent.

Very good and smooth process. Clear instructions and friendly service

Alles werd goed uitgelegd bij de balie en verder top geregeld.

Everything went well from car collection, the car itself and drop-off. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Pick up in Malpensa was a little confusing especially when you do it for the 1st time but the smile of the team and the kindness and their willingness to help in everything a young man upstairs and a young woman downstairs make you feel at comfort I hope they stay with this attitude.
The return in torino was not clear where to drop the key not only for your company for the other companies the same.

Easy pick up and return, good price and the car was in good condition (clean on inside and outside and good tires). I had to change my booking during the rental period and it was very easy to get in contact both over phone and e-mail and the staff were very service-minded.
Locauto gives a very serious impression and I will for sure use the again if I get to Italy

gentilezza personale
rapiditá

I keep getting recurring 25 Euro credit card charges that I did not authorize. It is impossible to contact the Locauto company by phone. This is a terrible experience.

Facile rapida e personale gentilissimo

It was a great experience and professional advise. I will surely like to avail the services again in future and really appreciate the good work by entire Locauto team.

Very nice professional staff, quick service

Coche inmejorable, servicio profesional. Gracias

The car was brand new and in excellent condition. The staff was helpful and willing to assist with everything. Everything went smoothly and overall it was a great experience.

The staff in Locauto was welcoming, respectful and ready to help. They helped us when other company let us down on our family holiday, first time in Italy, so we are forever grateful.

Very friendly staff and fast service

I got great service from Locauto at Malpensa, Milano. They answered all my questions, looked up tollbooth prices for my route, rented me a brand new car and the service was fast and comfortable. Highly recommend Locauto!

Very late at the counter and still we could get an car.
We where very happy that we we could get a car this late. A very nice car to get around in Milan.
