We’ve been given a car that did not have an updated software and the Apple car play did not work which was essential for us traveling around Italy’s Alps. Once we asked for a replacement the same category car was not available and it took a great deal of frustration and negotiation to get another car for the same booked fee. Once we got the replacement I’ve been told that the car has no dents or scratches but once I walked around the vehicle I noticed hail dents (bunch of small dents) on the hood and on the roof. So I went back to the agent to clarify and it seemed this was also unexpected to him… So he had to refill the contract again, pointing out damaged areas. By that time my trust and patience was running out, I’ve already spent more than an hour at the car rental park trying to pick up a car. The last spin to this story was when I had to return the car to another location and some of the hail spots were not mentioned in the contract I signed (to my surprise). But what I had were the photos and the videos I’ve taken when I was picking up the rental where you could clearly see the damage. So I’ve been asked to send all of the footage to their main office for clarification and still waiting for their reply. Overall the rental experience was stressful, unpleasant and unprofessional and I will not rent with Locauto again. And I suggest to always photograph and film your rental before pickup no matter what it says on your contract!

La trabajadora Camilla B del aeropuerto de Milano Malpensa desde que llegamos nos trató muy mal. Desde el principio nos puso las cosas muy dificiles y ninguna ayuda. Por el bien de la empresa debería de estar en la calle. Además nos hizo contratar otro coche y no nos dió el nuestro. Muy mala experiencia

L'auto riservata è stata praticamente perfetta.Non era la prima volta che riservavo con Locauto.Arrivavo da un viaggio internazionale a Malpensa e mi son sentito a mio agio sia per il fatto che coordinano la prenotazione con eventuali ritardi aerei, che per la gentilezza e la cura dedicata dal personale.Ho appena riservato un altra auto per i prossimi giorni da Malpensa Airport, sempre arrivando con volo internazionale.Questa volta la riserva l'ho effettuata direttamente dal sito di Locauto invece che telefonicamente.Sono sicuro di non avere nessun problema e poter proseguire il mio viaggio in maniera fluida e rilassata.Max

Alla consegna del veicolo il responsabile di Locauto ha voluto innanzitutto terminare la sua telefonata privata. Infatti non ha riattaccato il telefono e mi ha fatto aspettare al banco. Mi ha consegnato le chiavi mostrandomi il veicolo senza uscire dall’ufficio, non ha controllato l’auto e non mi ha spiegato il funzionamento della stessa essendo tutta elettronica. Alla riconsegna del veicolo hanno voluto rendermi responsabile per danni ai cerchioni malgrado fosse evidente che erano danni vecchi. Non si sono nemmeno degnati di verificare in mia presenza quanto asserito. Tutto ciò dimostra un manco totale di etica, dí professionalità, di rispetto verso il cliente e tanta malafede.

The check in experience was painfully slow and the office was tiny, so most of our party were outside for 45 minutes in a room with no aircon. There was no reason for this. There was no queue, I had the voucher and all documentation ready, the car was confirmed as ready, but it took 45 minutes to give me the keys? The car, when we got it, was perfect. Better than expected even, just a really bad checkin experience.
