Locauto Group - Milano Malpensa Aeroporto T2 Arvostelua

Transparent prices and great and friendly Service

I had a very good experience with the front desk of Locauto group in Milan T-2. After having a problem with another car rental company upon arrival this team was able to rent me a vehicle for 21 days, at a reasonable price and at a fair price. Other companies either had no cars or they wanted an unreasonable rate. I really appreciate the fairness with which I was treated as a customer . In addition my plans changed during the 21 days and the accommodated those changes as well with a simple phone call. I would not hesitate to rent from the again. Thank you

Alles Gut. Top

Gerne wieder

Speedy checkout checkin
No screwing when returning the car

Buon servizio, rapido e completo con staff cordiale e disponibile

Sempre puntuali e corretti

Thanks enjoyed the service

Personale gentile e professionale, auto in ottime condizioni.

Grande disponibilità del personale al check in. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Easy as usual. 👍

The vehicle broke down on a number of occasions. Some warning lights were explained when we spoke to and visited a Locauto site but the advice given (minor electrical issue not to be concerned about) was not consistent with a car that repeatedly broke down causing increasing stress levels. Recovery vehicle would have taken the car and left us at the side of the road if the car had not managed to start again.
On way back to airport car broke down again and we would have missed our flight standing at the side of the road. Managed to get going again but no confidence that if we stopped it would start again so could not fill up with petrol. Got charged for fuel penalty. Finally the car had done over 70000k and had a good number of minor scratches when we got it, we had no bumps, accidents or scrapes but somehow Locauto charged for a number of “new” issues.

Absolutely superb service. Really helpful staff, easy transaction and good quality vehicle. The return was easy and with none of the rubbish random charges which other companies have tried in the past. I would definitely use locauto again at Malpensa!

Very helpful staff. Very easy check in & check out procedures. Excellent car condition!
