After talking to LMChing about the refund, they kept asking that their bank has completed the refund process but it was not a fact. my bank told me that they never received a refund from LMChing. They also can't find a refund authorization through the VISA system.Please provided the evidence such as bank name, the transfer id, the transfer date.

Ihre Antwortdarstelleung ist eine Lüge. Das Paket wurde mehrmals zugestellt. Wir waren im Ausland und ich habe darum gebeten, dass das Paket in einen paketshop geliefert werden soll. Dort war eine Abholvollmacht hinterlegt, außerdem war der Paketshop informiert, dass wir es am 30.09. selbst abholen. Alle Ihre Begründungen stimmen nicht. Ich habe den gesamten E-mail Verkehr mit Hermes und dem Lieferanten. Der Lieferant und Hermes waren unfähig die Sendung zu organisieren.
Ich verlange schnellstmöglich mein Geld zurück.

For items that are closer to expiration, we place them in our dedicated “I Love Outlet” section, clearly indicating that these products have less than one year remaining before expiry, so customers can make an informed decision before purchase. However, we never sell products that are already expired — certainly not those that are 5 years past their expiration date, as such items would no longer be valid for sale.
