Ho comprato CE Ferulic su Trovaprezzi dal venditore LMCHING: prezzo pubblicizzato falso! Alla consegna mi hanno chiesto il 20% extra di dazio doganale, mai menzionato. Stesso prodotto costa meno da venditori italiani. Attenzione! #Trovaprezzi #consumatori #inganno.

Anche io mi sono trovata a pagare ulterori 30 euro per spese di dazio non menzionate nell acquisto, a mia segnalazione all azienda mi è stato risosto che se fosse tornato indietro il prodotto, e nello specifico , c ferulico skin ceuticals , sarebbe potuto andare perso o arrivare rotto e , non mi avrebbero emesso un rimborso, come se uno potesse provare una delle due cose.
Assistenza paria a zero, amio parere risponde un intelligenza artificiale .

Terrible experience, scam, do not buy anything from them, especially if you are from Europe. Extra fees will be applies and it is impossible to cancel the order. I was trying to send the product back but this is also not possible. Spare yourself and buy at another provider. By far the worst experience!

Sadly, although it looked like a great online buy, it took so much longer than the 3 days advised to come, two weeks later it is still not here and I have had an advice from UPS that €15.95 import duty is due. Buyer beware in Europe and UK, it comes from Hong Kong 🥴.

I placed an order on February 19th under the “Free Express Global Shipping” program (3 business days).

More than two months later, I still have not received my order. The shipment is currently stuck at customs, and I am now being asked to provide a Tax ID and pay additional fees that were never mentioned at the time of purchase.

This lack of transparency, combined with the extreme delay, is very disappointing. What was advertised as a fast and straightforward delivery turned into a prolonged and frustrating process.

I do not recommend this service.

Very good company,did order from them before .
This time they changed delivery company and my expensive order was travelling more then 1 month - this was express delivery.
Delivery people could not locate my order so they sent me email informing they'd lost the parcel.
Lmching customer service person insisted they are still looking and trying to locate the parcel.
After 36 days " in transit " my parcel arrived in a very poor condition but no damage.
If you order from Lmching something worth more then $10 ask for DHL.delivery.

On time delivery to give my daughter the skincare gift

Still received my stuff despite the on going war in the Middle East. Thank you

This reply is completely misleading.

According to the tracking page, the shipment already arrived at John F. Kennedy Airport on February 27. I don’t understand how you can claim that the delay is due to the Middle East situation.

Here is the tracking history:

Feb 27: Arrived at destination country (John F. Kennedy)
Mar 4–10: Customs clearance still “on processing” (no progress for weeks)

Frankly, I’m very curious to hear what explanation you will provide this time.

For your reference, I placed an order for the exact same product from Korea last Wednesday (April 7), and I received it on Monday (April 12). That shipment had no issues at all.

How do you explain this situation?
