I placed an order on your website more than a week ago, but I still have not received a valid tracking number, and the goods have yet to be delivered. I have sent emails regarding this issue, and the responses I received only stated that the order has already been shipped, without providing further clarification.

To late as this was ordered for a birthday was suppose to be here by the 10th September now over a week late With Postage cost on top not sure it was worth buying from them. Not a lot of difference if I bought locally. Now received but part of the order is missing. To be honest would not buy from them again They say seasonal congestion and it’s not even Christmas. Be wary UK / Europe Buyers
Be wary of ordering from this site if outside of their depots - delivery was £13 and it took a long time and late for the birthday I needed it for. When I checked I could have had it shipped from UK or Europe for cheaper and quicker! I bought it actually in the UK Again to arrive for the birthday.
When I enquired how to return they said THEY DO NOT OFFER RETURNS - Be wary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overpay due to taxes and late delivery
The products were delivered almost a week after estimated arrival day, which was critical as I ordered them for vacation. But the most unpleasant thing was extra 30€ tax on my purchase, that made product more expensive than in a shop in front of my place. Very bad experience with this company, hidden shipping costs, I didn’t know they are from Asia, but and they add a high shipping fee at last second on your order so please be aware of this, and when I ask them five minutes later to cancel my order they never respond, avoid them !!!
