Order never arrived, they refuse to refund
Been waiting weeks for a product. I’ve emailed them for assistance, takes days for a response which is not helpful in anyway. They are refusing to give me a refund even though it is obvious the item is lost. Do not recommend anyone spend their money with this business.

Lmching reply is completely false. delivery was never attempted. If you actually read the email from the courier, they emailed me to ask if the item had been delivered. I immediately replied to them that it had not. I.e it is clear that not even they know where my order is. I have been emailing your support team constantly - it takes them days to respond. I have always responded immediately to your team. So please don’t make up lies. If you refuse to refund me for an order that I have not received, that is basically theft. Do your job, I’m so sick of chasing this up. Either figure out where my order is and ensure it gets delivered to me, or just refund me.
Seriously anyone who reads this, don’t order with these guys. I spent a lot of money and they lost my order, then try to make out that is it my fault. Theft.

I’m very disappointed with my experience on this website. I placed an order expecting the final price shown at checkout to be accurate. Instead, a few days ago I received an unexpected invoice of €27.21 from FedEx for additional charges that were never clearly disclosed.
This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Customers should be informed upfront about any possible extra fees, especially when it comes to customs or shipping-related costs. I will not be ordering from this site again, and I do not recommend it to anyone who expects honest and clear pricing.

AVOID !! AVOID !! AVOID- Delayed delivery, ignored emails, and intimidating response
I placed an order on October 16th with LMCHING, which clearly stated free express FedEx delivery in 3 business days. However, after more than two weeks, the order still hadn’t arrived, and tracking updates only showed “in transit” every few days.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that FedEx had recently updated its shipping policies regarding perfumes, so they had to switch my order to another courier called DealerSend. Unfortunately, the new courier was extremely slow and lacked detailed tracking information.
I followed up several times for updates — at first they replied with short messages like “it’s in transit,” but eventually they stopped replying altogether.
When I requested to cancel and get a refund, I was told it wasn’t possible since the item had already left the warehouse.
After waiting weeks without progress, I opened a dispute with my bank. Instead of offering a solution, LMCHING sent me a threatening email accusing me of “fraudulent activity” and warning of legal action just for opening a dispute for an order I never received. ( note there was no chargeback or refund at this point)
I replied politely stating the facts and the timeline and I even went the extra mile and canceled the dispute in good faith stating that I hope to receive my perfume by next week ( 1 month post order placement) or I have no choice but protect my rights as a consumer.
And now I am still waiting for my order….
Very disappointing experience marked by delays, lack of transparency, ignored emails, and an unprofessional tone.
Hopefully this review helps others make an informed decision before ordering.

Do not order from this company it’s a scam
I ordered 1 night cream and 1 eye cream but when package was received there were 2 eye creams and no night cream. They asked me to send photos which I did. Their response was that they checked their photos and that correct items were sent. I emailed back stating this to be incorrect but they have still maintained correct order was sent. Which has left me with no choice but to write this review. Essentially saying that I am lying! I can’t tell you how offended I am. The difference in price between product purchased and what I received is approximately £400. All I can say is someone that works for them has switched products but how can I prove this? Do not order from this company!!!!
Once again they reply same way. They have photos to prove order was sent correct. They don’t get it. I don’t know how but I did not receive the correct items. One of their staff must have swapped the items after photo taken? Very disappointing customer service.

Different smell and texture
