The product I bought was wrong, because the product I requested was Sikinceutilcals A.G.E. Interrupter but the product delivered me at home was Age interrupter ultra (which is cheaper than the product I requested)

Had a disgraceful interaction with this company. They advertise shipped within 24 hours yet I've been waiting for 2 weeks. Even the courier they use was more helpful telling me that they received the order number but no package. Their emails stated my package was shipped then in subsequent mails it was as yet not shipped! They really don't know at this stage! Thanks LM CHING... for nothing. Order Number: 8866338488 I and my Lawyer eagerly await your response.

Your ad' said dispatched in 24 hours yet 10 days later, even after I had received a mail saying it was dispatched you replied to a new mail from me querying where my package was stating it hadn't been dispatched! This isn't YOU advising me! It was my enquiry! I have the mails if you want to review them? YOU should sort your statements out stating you aren't able to dispatch packages within 24 hours.
I have been in communication with your courier who stated the package never was received by them! Blatant lies.
There will be repercussions should a full refund, including shipping, not be received SOONEST.
A supplying company as yours really shouldnt LIE in statements regarding 'Dispatch in 24 hours'. Stating the 'package was with the Courier and they failed to deliver!' This is the worst company I have had the misfortune to have ever considered.
