Após verificação com a transportadora, o atraso deveu-se principalmente ao processo de desalfandegamento, que por vezes pode demorar mais devido ao elevado volume de encomendas e aos procedimentos de inspeção. Infelizmente, as autoridades alfandegárias operam de forma independente e, apesar de acompanharmos o envio de perto, não temos possibilidade de acelerar este processo.

Regarding the delivery time, we have checked with the shipping carrier and were informed that customs has recently been experiencing a high volume of incoming parcels. This caused congestion in the inspection and clearance process, which unfortunately delayed the release of shipments beyond the original estimated timeframe. We did our best to follow up on the shipment; however, customs operates independently, and unfortunately there is very little we can do other than request the carrier to provide us with daily updates on the clearance status. We truly appreciate your understanding, as this situation was beyond our control.

Regarding the currency exchange fees and customs charges, since this is an international transaction, currency exchange fees applied by your bank are unavoidable.
