Had an issue today with the Mother line result for my DNA analysis, submitted a ticket at 2.20pm and Clare from LivingDNA.com had responded by 2.25pm indicating that she had fixed it and it would show up within 48 hours. At 4pm it was already there. A great response and a Fantastic service.

Submitted DNA never received a confirmation email that it was received. Another email was sent inquiring a few weeks back never heard back and never got the results. No communication like 23 and me much better they communicated regularly.

They have helped me very quickly and solved my request without any issue. The customer representative was very pleasant and explained things to me thoroughly and with patience.

I had an issue with original package (due to post, not the company) and my case was personally managed by Customer Service rep Clare. She promptly responded to all emails, helped getting new package, followed up until ALL my questions have been answered. A+ service

Having been gifted dna kits just prior to covid hitting the world, we had unfortunately neglected to use them within the allotted time, not having spotted the expiry date, and assuming that testing would be a non starter due to labs being overrun with covid testing, then kind of forgot about them. Anyway, Clare was most helpful when i contacted the company wondering what to do, and she talked me through everything, and offered reduced cost replacement kits which arrived promptly. All now done and currently awaiting results.

I am not very IT literate. I found it hard tracing back emails and information. When Clare received my email after a delay of some months between my initial DNA results, she asked the pertinent questions to find my details and add on the service I required.

I bought my son Living DNA test and it was interesting and so decided to buy myself one and build up a community. The initial test failed for some reason and the following one failed and my choice was half my money back or a further test. I chose to have my money back as I lost trust in the company. I think that refunding half is extortionate, since they were unable to provide the service I contracted to have. This should have been a full refund. The admin was terrible and I wasn't informed that the test had failed and was left to find out myself. I was told that the information had gone into my spam folder, which it had not. I will try another company and wouldn't recommend at all.

First of all, they are the first customer support that I have seen taking their job seriously. They reply promptly, the message is clear, concise and addresses the issue at hand, providing practical solutions. Moreover, I have been assigned the same real person to answer my queries forumulated at different periods of time, which is great because I benefited from comprehensive support.
