Horrible, really bad results that are not accurate. hopefully i can get back my 40£ i wasted. not to mention i accidentally paid for it, and the results were the same as the free one.

I am so grateful to the living DNA team for the support even if there wasn't their fault that thr post service is so awful. They have sent me kits until i got it and sent to the lab. Thank you for the great experience!

When my first sample was lost in the US Postal System, Living DNA immediately sent out a second test kit - no questions asked. The Living DNA customer support individual, Clare, was of utmost help and stayed in contact through the whole process. My second sample was successful with results posted today, 18 April 2024. Hats off to Living DNA.

Awesome Great deep reports also best for health, great communications, cooperative staff, always answers of all questions, quick response, didn't find any other best company beside him. Highly recommend.

After a guiding of your team I found the report I was looking for. Perhaps to make it more clear / simple a room for improvement. But as a summary this was/is the only DNA lab reporting the Neanderthaler share of ones dna. Greatfull the have it now!
I highly respect also that you repsonce the the E-mail questions. Not everyone is doing, mostly the offer a robot to communicate with.

I found Living DNA very helpful when my mum didn’t fill in something correctly. I contacted them via email and I got a prompt response with clear instructions on how to rectify the issue

Top customer service, and a quite fast results process which was thorough and far more in-depth than I thought when I approached this company. No hesitation in making a recommendation.

The whole process, from collecting the sample till getting the DNA test results, was easy-to-use, efficient and fast.
The DNA test results, were fascinating because they provided information of origin and track of migration from paleolithic times,to classical era and recent times. My DNA test results were equally surprising regarding my origins!

Got the full kit as a present for my wife. No issues with kit delivery or updated but the results were so shockingly bad that it left me angry and soundly disappointed. Such a generic result report I could have compiled a more specific one with my eyes closed. Didn't learn anything from said report apart from I wouldn't recommend to anyone

I had some uncertainties about my shipping of product as I was traveling abroad - Clare and other staff assured me and replied quickly and made me feel safe with my order and the process. I did end up receiving the kit in time during my travels. Those kinds of customer service and care and reassurances make all the difference to a person and made me feel like I wasn’t just another order number. Clare was especially helpful in guiding me on what to do once I received the kit. I love companies that operate with heart and soul. Thanks Clare and staff!

My sample got lost in the post... twice. It was no problem though, because Living DNA were happy to send a replacement kit each time. When it was finally received, the processing time was much quicker than I had expected it to be.
