After my response, I received a reply within an hour, and throughout the further correspondence, they continued to respond quickly and accurately. Excellent service!

From start to completion my experience with Clare could not of been any better. The response to my queries were always responded to quickly, and my requests were never to much work. I have had my dna tested with a few companies and this is by far the best customer service I’ve had so far.

I had bought a DNA kit for a family member in December for their Xmas. Kit didn’t arrive …contacted their customer services (Clare M)…Courteous and prompt resolution to problem and another kit sent and received before Xmas. Excellent service

I ordered an ancestry DNA kit from Living DNA before a postal strike hit Canada. I informed the customer service team that i had not yet received my kit. Their response was immediate (on New Year’s Eve no less) and generous. They are sending me a replacement kit. Outstanding customer service. This is a business that will thrive

Having placed an order I needed to update it with a second kit. I contacted customer support and received a fast response and Clare sorted it all out for me with an invoice and a simple payment. My wife has a kit and she is extremely pleased with her results and support. Overall five star and very happy.

I accidentally put the wrong postcode on my order and Clare was extremely helpful, resolving the issue quickly and keeping me updated on the progress.

I can't believe how helpful they have been. I messed up the first test ( actually I really messed it up). Good news...they sent me another kit in the mail. Unfortunately we have a postal strike at present in Canada. I wait for it with utmost patience as I know that when I do send it in that it will be ingood hands. Thank you.

I was so excited to process my ancestry test that my fingers went haywire, and my freshly swabbed q-tip fell on the dirty chair mat. I emailed tech support. They were prompt, understanding, and gracious and had a replacement kit on its way within 24 hours and at no extra charge!

I uploaded my Family Tree DNA results to Living DNA to get clarity on my Asian DNA, and I was so happy when I saw my Asian results from Living DNA. It was really accurate from what I see and expected, and I was surprised that I not only did I have European ancestry from Ireland and Great Britain, but Finland as well (I am half Asian half European American). I would really recommend Living DNA to anybody, especially if they have Asian ancestry. Living DNA is awesome!

After two months I'm still waiting for my results. Complicated send in.

AS OF 7/12/2024 I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY CORRECT RESULTS..5 MONTHS AND COUNTING!!!

I had a test done by livingdna in July of this year and the results were wrong by a long stretch, making me 61% British and 39% European ( I am
half British half Greek). I wrote to them pointing this out and asked for correct results. They responded saying that indeed the results were wrong and they would have their "population geneticist" look into it. Weeks later they inform me that the correct ratio should have been 52% European and 48% British but with scant information on the Europen side. And I have been waiting now for around 3 months for the correct results.

Their customer service is atrocious and the telephone number they list on their website does not work. Neither on the website or in their emails they do not show the address of their business. This leaves one to suspect that they are avoiding contact with their customers at all costs.

Firstly I have not received a response to my last email and secondly it's the quality of your responses that is below par. Giving scant information about what is being done to provide me with the correct ( and detailled) results and absolutely no indication as to when I should get them. No telephone or address in your email correspondence and the last time I looked no physical address on your website. Unless you have finally corrected this after I pointed it out to one of your colleagues.

Please provide me with a link to your website showing your business address...I have had another look and not surprisingly I can't find it anywhere on your website.
Also provide me with a working telephone number for your company.

Two tests done and they have seemed to have lost both, funny how the first one was in the same parcel as my partners,hers was fine but mine was lost in the mail. Second time we tracked it all the way to them but again lost in the mail. Pretty much a big waste of time and blame everyone else for there own mistakes
