Received item fairly quick, but was very dissapointed with quality. Emailed light in the box and they resolved my problem offering full refund straight away. Also said because the the time it takes to return item I didnt need to return item.
Very pleased with the way my query was handled.

Been dealing for over 2 months an a missing item. They always give excuses that it shipped, we refunded you...bla bla bla....TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH...DO NOT USE THEM, had to dispute with Paypal but still waiting

Wish I’d read other TP reviews before. Exactly same experience. Had to wait almost 7 weeks for delivery, no tracking, various Covid related excuses provided and bombarded with marketing emails. When cycling jacket arrived 3XL size I’d ordered after referring to their size chart and gone a size up for safety was still far too small. No return labels provided. I would never use this company again.

This company is the absolute worst. I’ve waiting for my order for weeks. They never sent a confirmation email but I always screenshot my confirmation numbers. They claim the couldn’t find my order. I provided them everything to find it then they sent this ticket saying it’ll be shipped in three days and then it’ll take another 7-9 business days. That time has left still no order. Never order from them. Trying to get a refund is impossible. I feel as if I’ve been robbed.

Vermijd deze shop!

Habe 2x 3D Kinderpullover bestellt. Auf den Produktbildern sahen die wirklich toll aus. Aber in Wirklichkeit war auf den Pullis nichts von 3D zu sehen, einer kam sogar in der falschen Farbe. Bitte bestellt in einem anderen shop.

You’ll see it on other reviews so I’m not alone. Supplied faulty goods their response is “you pay return costs which will probably be as much as the goods are to buy, or we’ll give you vouchers to 40% of value or refund to 30% of value”. Their communications appear to be generic answers so no real desire to engage with individual customers.
They’ve got you buy the proverbials so I’m not going back to them ever.

I ordered items and never received tem. I emailed tem and Tey r ignoring tem the customer service is appaling.. Im going to contact pay pal see if I can get a refund if not I will Co tact my bank seee if tey can help me. Its 70 euro I spent wur tem. And received nothing. I think Tey r a big scam. Wu definitely not recommend tem. Stay away.

IKKE bestill fra denne siden. Bestilte pakke med express levering, får sporingsnr fra dhl og leveringstid og selvfølgelig toll regning som er nesten like dyr som pakken. Pakken blir tilbake kalt av lightinbox.com uten å bli utlevert og ingen forklaring. Får ny meld om at bestillingen er sendt med samme sporingsnr som gamle pakken. Den er ikke mulig å spore. Får så ny meld med nytt sporingsnr. Jeg må sikkert betale toll for alle IKKE leverte pakker.

They refuse to send my item and they refuse to give me my money back ... can only warn against this company

They hold some negative aspects of their work but i like them though and would recommend it too.

I placed a complaint and requesting to return. They did not return and now say the issue is resolved.

I ordered 3 T Shirts & a Dress(for my wife) and it took 46 days to arrive at my post office only to have a card put through my door informing me to collect my parcel and pay £16.50 charges before they will release the package. Certainly won't be buying from them again as when I sent in a claim form that they have they just tell you that you never took out their insurance.

The service is awesome took less than the estimated period plus the products are the same with the displayed picture, I'm so much happy I used this company

Nach mehr als 4 Wochen wurde endlich die Ware in einem defektem Zustand, Teile abgebrochen, Uhren- deckel offen etc. geliefert. Die Verpackung war unmöglich, so das die Ware in einer plattgedrückten Schachtel, die in einem Kunstoffbeutel ohne Polsterung geliefert. Dies haben wird den Lieferanten mitgeteilt, inklusive Bilder und baten um Umtausch o. Rückerstattung. Dieser reagierte überhabt nicht. Genauso kam auch keine Rückantwort hinsichtlich Nachfrage über Lieferzeiten. Eigentlich ist die Bewertung mit einem Punkt noch zu hoch. Finger weg!!!
