Nach mehr als 4 Wochen wurde endlich die Ware in einem defektem Zustand, Teile abgebrochen, Uhren- deckel offen etc. geliefert. Die Verpackung war unmöglich, so das die Ware in einer plattgedrückten Schachtel, die in einem Kunstoffbeutel ohne Polsterung geliefert. Dies haben wird den Lieferanten mitgeteilt, inklusive Bilder und baten um Umtausch o. Rückerstattung. Dieser reagierte überhabt nicht. Genauso kam auch keine Rückantwort hinsichtlich Nachfrage über Lieferzeiten. Eigentlich ist die Bewertung mit einem Punkt noch zu hoch. Finger weg!!!

Do not use this company?? be warned.
I ordered parts many weeks ago, they took the money straight away, after several weeks i had a partial refund, they could not supply one item.
after a very long time i found what i wanted with a UK based company, ordered and they were there the following day, i emailed them to cancel the order on the 13th May, no reply, on the 21st i had a reply, " you cannot cancel the goods have been dispatched", on their web site the goods were sent on the 22nd, using their web site (all messages are on view on my page) i pointed out the goods were cancelled, NO REPLY, on the web site it stated case closed.
On the 28th i had a call from DHL demanding the carriage, which i had already paid, or the goods would be returned, i refused to pay again, i then had an email from DHL stating the goods have been returned, i copied that and sent it to lightinthe box, no reply, just a message on the web page saying they ensure all goods are delivered, also on the web page, the message my case is closed.
So here we are several weeks later, no good, no refund, now contacting the CC company

My daughter sent me this website to order LED lights for her. I was skeptical because I had never heard of the site. I ordered and we did receive the 2 items of LED lights however, One bag of lights had 2 of the same parts so lights could not be connected together and could not be used. The other bag of lights have stopped working just after 2 weeks, the sticky tape was put on wrong and was a hassle decorating the lights. I also ordered gloves and a box of mask due to Covid which were okay although boxes were dented. Shipping was delayed but we did receive the order.

Fehlerhafte Ware wird hier angeboten und das weicht total von der Beschreibung ab. Nach dem ich reklamiert habe wurde mir gesagt es sei eine Massanfertigung gewesen. Das stimmt nicht ich sollte das Kleid über die Post nach China verschicken kosten versichertes Päckchen 60,00 Euro.

Das feine Kleid was ich zu einem besonderen Anlass bestellte, kam in einem zerknitterten Zustand an. Außerdem wurde es in kleinsten Karton bedürftig reingestopft.

Die scharfen Kanten und Falten ließen sich nicht rausbügeln. Die Trägerhalterungen aus Plastik waren so billig verarbeitet das Sie permanent abgesprungen sind.

Die Farbe war ganz anders die Träger waren nicht dünn und aus Gummi sondern dicker Stoff.

Nie wieder 200 Euro inklusive Versand in den Sand gesteckt.

Nach meiner Reklamation kamen plötzlich sehr positive Bewertungen zum Artikel hinzu.

Erscheinte mir allerdings als sehr unwahr

Onsdag d. 22/1 bestilte jeg Led belysning til mine to piger.
Firmaet skriver, at man kan forvente en leveringstid på 5 - 10 arbejdsdage, fint nok, så har man noget at forholde sig til.
Der er nu gået 17 arbejdsdage, og firmaet har ikke fortaget sig noget, andet end at tage betaling for varen, meget hurtigt, allerede samme dag, fint stil:(.
Jeg vil ALDRIG anbefale dette "firma" til nogen.
Dårlig stil, og som jeg kan se her, er jeg desværre ikke ene op denne dårlige pålevelse.
De kunne i det mindste skrive til os, om informere os om forsinkelsen, men NEJ, INTET er sket, undtagen at tage penge fra 2 piger, som selv har sparet op til LED belysningen.

I had trouble getting a refund when something didn’t fit XXl is actually a size 12 . I was offered a reduction in price and to keep the item instead of posting to China even though the carrier can return it to Englandif its undelivered. whatgood is this when you ask for a refund. I’m left with an item I don’t want and I’m out of pocket or incur the cost of post to China,.£25 minimum at 00Post Office

Got cought bought a dress looked amazing waited for it to arrive 7 weeks it took ong when I opened it it was like paper not worth 1euro and I paid 39 inc postage

Update on previous review - this company should not be allowed to trade, they are a disgrace. After many many emails & time wasting from LITB & trying to get a response from LITN to return my item I was finally given a return code & an apologetic email from the Supervisor. I posted my item back on 16th July 2019 (1st class) and to date it is still in transit, & appears to be stuck in Beijing since 20th July ! I have then tried to email LITB (& the supervisor) to see what is happening & have had not one single response to any of my emails. Enough is enough so I have now contacted my credit card company who have refunded the cost of my order & they will now chase the refund. If I could give this company a minus I would. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm so disgusted with this company I feel that people should be warned.

Má Fé! Fiz uma compra no Light In the Box nº1906141233231576 que por recomendação de um colaborador (from Mr. Engus) para aproveitar a promoção dos produtos que eu estava comprando. Paguei pelos produtos em promoção e fiquei a espera de chegar na minha casa. Acontece que a empresa, sem qualquer autorização minha, cancelou o meu pedido, alegando um BUG e pediu que eu fizesse nova encomenda, que encareceu mais de 350€ do valor que eu tinha aproveitado na promoção. Não posso aceitar que tenham cancelado o meu pedido quando foi uma sugestão da própria empresa em aproveitar a promoção e eu ja tinha pago por eles.
Desta forma parece-me de má fé, "trocar" uma encomenda paga em promoção por outra sem promoção muito mais cara. Não confio numa empresa que responde minhas mensagens (tickets) repetindo o mesmo texto: "sinto muito, mas tivemos que cancelar" e não resolve o meu caso com justiça. Sou cliente, paguei um produto e quero recebe-lo pelo preço que paguei! Muito incorrecto!!!!!!

Dont get me wrong, they have clothes and other products here BUT (this means all that ^ meant crap) please to keep it simple dont have shipping and processing time separate this confuses first time buyers and I regret even doing a second purchase. No information on its warehouse so I cannot make a knowledgable guess. Plus! On my second purchase i asked when will it arrive cohz im thinking of canceling just let me know first and I will decide if the frustration is enough to wait. They decided instead to cancel all together. I dont want to assume so Im guessing maybe long shipping means another country or lazy employees or both

RETTELSE: jeg har nu endelig fået min refusion af toldafgiften, så jeg er OK tilfreds. Det har bare taget sin tid - også fra deres side, men jeg er flov over at indrømme, at det også delvis er min egen skyld, idet jeg havde brugt mit MasterCard til købet, hvorfor jeg først næsten 3 måneder efter købet kunne se refunderingen på mit kontoudtog fra Mastercard.

GAMMEL BESKED: Hvis jeg kunne give dem NUL stjerner, havde jeg gjort det!!! Har måtte trække tov med dem i 3 måneder nu vedr. tilbagebetaling af told, som jeg i øvrigt havde købt en forsikring for !!! Der sker IKKE OG EN SKID, og hver gang jeg skriver til dem henviser de til deres forretningsgang, at udbetaling tager sin tid og bla bla bla ! FUP FIRMA ! Varerne som jeg bestilte (2 mikrofoner) var over en måned om at arrivere, og jeg håber sandelig ikke at det er noget som går i stykker, for her gælder vist hverken købelov eller garanti. Undgå at handle hos dem, hvis du vil undgå besvær!
