Avoid this fake company, impossible to receive a refund, supposedly closures of their warehouses (within a week from order) have been closed !! Also require you to return the package at your own expense back to China.sizes are impossible to calculate and are NOT as in the pictures. Quality is terrible. The return address is non existent prob not legally registered. Wish I had taken the time to read the reviews!!

Bought three top, all too big and the material was cheap and awful. Asked to return and if course they try, if you keep them the 10% off, on other words no mention of a full refund. Please don't take this nonsense. In UK law you can expect a full refund if send back within two weeks of receiving the goods. They look nice in the photo, but believe me they are not like the photo but the same cheap tat you expect from China. See your bank to reverse the charge and send them back.

I gave this company a 1* review for reasons explained on the review, but following this I had very good customer service experience and they deserve a 5* to balance the 1* after

I purchased in good faith thinking the goods were coming from the UK, when I got a tracking number I noticed it was from China. The package took about 2 weeks.
They did not fit (XL was a small XL), but for me to send them back, I would have had to send the goods back at my cost to China, not the UK where I was sure they were coming from.
Had to give them away.
Do not buy from these unless you are sure you are happy with them coming from China and no sensible chance of sending them back.

Ordered way in advance for Christmas pajamas that arrived too late, when I wanted to return a completely unopened package I was told 'in our experience you will pay more for shipping back to China so we suggest you keep it or give it to a family member!' - the lack of customer support and frankly unethical sorry, not sorry attitude is shocking - absolutely terrible!

I finally received my order on December 13th. I had placed the initial order on November 9, 2021. It jus as I thought......the quality of the products was very inferior. It was the type of stuff you buy at a cheap flea market.. The clothes was way too small. These are clothes for Asian people. The package stated that the box came from China. When I ask for a refund, they gave 3 options: (1) I could keep the clothes for 10% off, (2) I could return the clothes for a full refund (if they were found to be returnable). It's is a sham!! Total scammers! Stay away from these web stores.

Don’t buy anything from light in the box . After waiting weeks for top to arrive it’s a crappy old piece of tat that I wouldn’t put on my dog I’ve thrown it in the bin it didn’t even have sewn edges don’t buy from light in the box

Got an outfit that is terrible for $125.00 but it has no tags or invoice so can find no place to send back. Got credit card today and they charged me 62.98 more to some place in jhong Kong besides the 125.00but again no customer service and if you look back at their reviews it looks hopeless!!!

Due settimane fa ho ordinato sul sito, inutile dire che non ostante il ritardo di 5 giorni non mi è arrivato niente anzi il mio pacco (5P34C01830098) è stato contrassegnato come consegnato quando in realtà io non ho ricevuto nulla ed in conferma di ciò non è presente la mia firma di avvenuta ricevuta.
La situazione è più che frustrante perché ti senti preso in giro, ho fatto una marea di telefonate e nessuno mi ha saputo dire nulla (giocano a scarica barile).
Ho chiesto il rimborso in quanto ho pagato per una cosa che non ho avuto ed è giusto che io riabbia i miei soldi indietro ma nessuno mi ha ancora detto niente.
Dubito che riceverò un rimborso totale visti i precedenti del sito....

I mean, I bought this wrap dress for 15 bucks so I wasn't expecting that much but when I opened the package it was even worse than I thought.
The fabric was really cheap and uncomfortable, hideous print and basically an ugly tablecloth tbh.
Once contacted they offered me a discount on the next order, which will never happen, because shipping it back would be really expensive (for me), so they said.
Tried to delete my account there but they literally made that impossible.
Stay away from this horrible site, please.

I placed a pair of shoes in the wish list. The next day I got an email announcing a price drop on shoes, including the ones on my wish list. I clicked on the link and got to the item's listing on the website. The price there was 55% higher than in their email.
I contacted customer service and sent screenshots. They asked for more screenshots and said that prices change constantly.
I received two more emails with the same shoes at the same lower price and again sent the screenshots to Customer Service. They replied that “there was some issue” and suggested that I order the item for the price listed and they would give me a refund. Of course I’m not going to do that; it's absurd.
I checked the other shoes in the email. They are all at a higher price on their website, so the email promotions are just a way to get customers to place orders and inadvertently pay more than expected.

Dishonest, scammers, unscrupulous what ever you want to call this so called company should be called DISHONEST IN A BOX. You order goods and never get them, ask for a refund and you won’t get that either. Simply horrible company.

Good personnel for client attention with quick solution.

I”ve oredered two beautiful dresses for a wedding party, very nice models, with very good prices. But, I had some problems about receiving, they told me there is a delay. They realy do their best, specialy Brandon, from Customer Services, who realy made the difference, keeping me in touch with everithing, writting me about every change in may order status.
But, after I have received my package, I was very pleased about my choiceing, I made the best buy, a very good balance betwen Price and Quality !!
The dresses are beautiful, are elegant, with spectaculous colours - one in Green mint, and one in Royal blue - it looks exactly like in the pictures, it fits me perfectly, the tailoring is excelent, I was very satisfied about the dresses.
In fact, I looked wonderful ! :)
I will buy for shure, again, from Lightingthebox.

My husband ordered a hammock which is not well finished and does not have the metal inserts that were shown in the photograph. Did not realise that it was being shipped form China. Would not shop with them again.

I have ordered from these people before. Be aware that you will probably receive your order but, it will take about 27 days. That was the delay before Covid 19 and it is still the same problem. Some of these merchants wait for an order then they order the product from a another vendor at a discount and sell it to you. Their orders take twice as long because they have to wait to receive the item and then send it to you.
