Asian products are NOT true to size for Americans, for example if you usually wear an XL, you will need to purchase an XXL or XXXL for a natural fit. Clothing materials, such as cloth, are poor and synesthetic, mostly from plastics and do not reflect photos. Intended for Christmas presents - Receiving your purchase can take up to 6 to 8 weeks... Ultimately, I gave about 50% of my major clothing purchasing to a local Christian Thrift Store. Clothes that had never be worn. For myself? Personal money wasted. A hard lesson learned.

Terrible - do not buy from them. Took ages to arrive. Terrible quality - I ordered a brand they are a copy!!!!

Vreselijk bedrijf heb 58 euro betaald voor een heren blouse. Zag er mooi uit op de site maar thuis gekregen wat een flop te klein kwaliteit verschrikkelijk. Je krijgt voor het retourneren een chinees adres. Geen geld terug. Dit is oplichters praktijken. Lightinthebox wat een Oplichters. Mensen bestel er niks. Je krijgt geen geld terug. En terug sturen naar een China voor meer dan 40 euro. Vieze oplichters bende.

Light in the box strikes again, another supremely poor product. Utterly awful company, utterly awful products. I actually ordered from Ador, only to receive this product, because light in the box has bought Ador recently. Ador has a creative way of dealing with customers, their website allows you to message them if you want to leave them five stars, but NOT if you are dissatisfied. You can leave a message, and photos but you then get a little message at the top of the screen..." Select a reason why you are dissatisfied". There's no list, so your message, your photos, your complaint disappear as you leave.
My ordered product? It wasn't anything like I ordered and paid for!

La mia esperienza è stata negativa, ho ordinato un vestito che ho pagato 24, 68, il pacco non è mai arrivato, ci sono state tre tentativi di consegna , l'ultimo senza riscontro da parte del corriere. Sono stata avvertita delle consegne ma non sono mai arrivate . Non posso riavere i soldi perché il pacco non mi è stato consegnato, non sono mai riuscita a contattare il corriere. L'azienda ha risposto alle mie richieste in un italiano non sempre comprensibile. Mi hanno rubato 24,68. Preciso che ricevo regolarmente ordini da altre aziende senza problemi.

Har svært ved at give et reelt antal stjerner da jeg endnu ikke har modtaget nogen vare, da jeg bestilte stod der 8-10 dags levering (bestilte den 23/11) taler vi hverdage er 10 hverdag i onsdags (7/12) der var der endnu ikke afsendt noget. Pengene er naturligvis trukket og tænkte jeg var i god tid når man gerne ville bruge tøjet til åretes julefrokoster, hvis jeg er heldig bliver det nok nærmer påske! Kan ikke komme til et sted hvor jeg kan kontakte kundeservice så dårlig anmeldelser på trustpilot er tilsyneladende den eneste måde at få kontakt på! Mere skidt omtale er jo også en slags omtale. Forstår ganskeenkelt ikke hvad der kan tage så langtid?! Håber jeg snart kan tilføje flere stjerner hvis mine vare dukker op!

Verstehe das gemotze anderer Kunden nicht : ☯️ 1. weiss man das die Ware aus Asien kommt = Lieferung etwas länger dauern kann !! ☮️ 2. wenn man bei jedem einzelnen Stück die Grössen-Tabelle anschaut und die Produkt-Beschreibung liest, hat man keinen Grund zur Reklamation!
Ich bin mit allem sehr zufrieden, bestelle im Schnitt alle drei Monate, denn die Preise sind überirdisch günstig 🌍🤩👍❣️

Don't use this website, this company is a scam. They are untransparent as all products come from China, where you get the surprise of the extra taxes / border controls at your own cost! They make you send back the returns to China at your own cost and forget about being reimbursed- They only give you credit on their website. There is no proper client service center, you will only get standard mails. It is concerning that they can rip you off like this.
