Item was too small, no way one size. fits all, maximum uk 10. Also took 3 weeks to deliver although said originally 1 week. if you want to send the item back it will cost more than you paid for it. tells me between $10 to $40 Avoid this company at all costs, They gave me 3 options a partial refund and new product, or full refund but the cost of sending it back or I keep the item ( which doesn't fit) and they will give me 50% discount on a new product, it will cost you double in the long run
items are from China & not USA as advertised. Please please do not use.

De jurk die ik besteld had kwam veel te laat aan. Daarbij was het van een dusdanig slechte kwaliteit dat ik besloot deze retourneren. Dit heb ik aangegeven binnen de gestelde 7 dagen termijn. Tot op heden nog steeds geen retourlabel ontvangen en ze zwijgen als het graf.
Mijn geld zal ik waarschijnlijk nooit meer terug zien.
Waardeloos bedrijf!!

No way to return and get a refund for purchases. 2 dresses took weeks to arrive, awful, awful, cheap materials (nothing like the photos on their website). You are stuck with your purchase! They try to give you 10% refunds or a 50% certificate to buy more bad products from their website. If you insist for days on a full refund, they send you an address in China, you have to pay USPS shipping $40+ to send your cheap dresses back, you have to provide the tracking number to them and wait months for a possible refund that will never come.
SCAM!

Ho acquistato a luglio 2022 del vestiario, verso fine luglio è arrivato pacco ma hanno sbagliato indirizzo e nonostante io abbia sollecitato il mittente a contattare GLS per riconsegnare, la risposta è stTa che era tutto sistemato. Sistemato un corno, il materiale è stato rispedito in Cina. Ho chiesto rimborso mi hanno detto di no. Appena arriverà a destinazione il collo mi hanno assicurato che lo rimanderanno. Speriamo che questa volta almeno il Corriere mi telefoni, altrimenti il rischio è che torni indietro un'altra volta. Cosa non capisco è perché non possano fare rimborso come altre ditte

Hold jer LANGT væk. Kvaliteten er deres tøj er så umådelig ringe og når du vil returnere varerne er det gjort så kompliceret at du til sidst opgiver. Endvidere så får du heller ikke svar fra kundeservice. Det er et Kina firma drevet af kinesere.

Si je pouvais je ne mettrais pas d'étoile du tout ! Ce site est une véritable arnaque. J'ai acheté deux robes d'été il y a 15 jours, Elles ne sont pas de la couleur indiquée sur le site ni delà couleur de la photo. De plus la matière n'a rien à voir : le lin s'est transformé en polyester pour l'une et en coton transparent pour l'autre. Pour le renvoyer il faut un bon de retour que l'on ne vous envoie pas. On vous propose de vous faire une réduction sur les articles ou une sorte d'avoir (pour le cas où vous décideriez de faire un nouvel achat !!). Je refuse donc. On vous demande des photos et on vous indique que vous avez intérêt à accepter car il faut retourner les articles en Chine !! Évidemment, le retour coûte plus cher que ce que vous avez acheté ! J'accepte donc la réduction en leur faisant savoir qu'ils sont "de mauvaise foi". Ils me menacent tout simplement. Ils ne peuvent accepter que j'indique qu'ils sont de mauvaise foi alors qu'il est très rare que des erreurs d'articles se produisent !! Nouveau message de ma part pour envoyer photos des étiquettes et des produits reçus qui ne figurent pas sur le site tels qu'ils arrivent chez vous. Il s'agit véritablement de malhonnêteté de leur part. On vous envoie des articles moins chers qui ne ressemblent pas à ce que vous pensez avoir acheté et puis on vous propose une réduction. Impossible de renvoyer l'article. J'achète beaucoup sur internet car je suis loin de tout. Je n'ai jamais été confrontée à un site aussi malveillant. J'espère que beaucoup de personnes prendront connaissance de cette mésaventure et qu'elles ne commanderont rien sur ce site. J'attends des nouvelles de mon dernier message de leur part. Scam company. All of the good reviews ate fake. Their products are cheap crap, take an absolute age to arrive and broke almost immediately. They are now giving me the run around instead if a refund.

I wouldn't even give them one star, but I had to in order to write a review. I ordered a man's jerkin described as dark navy. When it arrived, it was almost royal blue and shiny. I returned it to an address on the packaging. They did not reply and when I raised the query with them, they informed me that the address was a distribution depot and I should not have sent it there. Despite my strong protestations, they are leaving me high and dry. I have spent £34.40 (£29.95 for the item plus £4.40 for postage) and they propose to do nothing about it. They're despicable!

Horrendous experience. Shipping cost me £70. Import duties £63. Website showed sparkly tops. They were far from sparkly. Poor quality, massive. Cost me £73 to return (order was in excess of £250). They left it sat at their customs. Only threatening with PayPal did I get my money back after 3 months

I ordered several dresses for my prom so it was urgent. But the shipping took too long. Till now the dresses didn’t came and I don’t know where they are. I will never order something from this company again.

The shipping was relatively fast (I'm in Ontario, Canada) but the clothing isn't exactly high quality. The t-shirts are decent albeit a little scratchy in parts of the seams. The men's casual pants are really thin, quite baggy, almost scratchy material & very long (I'm 5'11" and ordered small casual pants with a 32" waist and the pants are under my feet so they need to be hemmed which means some of the pattern will be eliminated, which sucks). There were import/duty fees that were expensive ($95.93 for a $313 order) but Light in the Box did refund those fees as I had "duty insurance." I didn't select this when making the purchase, it just came standard on top of the $54 shipping fees. I posted a negative review because of the duty fees and that's how I ended up getting the refund but in the account section on their website one can create a ticket to get the refund if they encounter the same issue. It seems there's no point in attempting to return the pants as all reviews of people doing returns say it's just not worth it as it's a huge runaround and costs more than the clothing is worth. I honestly was hoping I could wear the pants in public but they're just not meant for anywhere but around the home, sadly, unless I get white boxers, but even then it will be quite obvious what's going on under the pants. I did receive everything I ordered though, unlike others who said they didn't get what they ordered. On the invoice from DHL (where duties were paid) it said "women's pants" and "women's dresses" but the clothing must be unisex and there surely aren't any actual dresses. It would take an Amazon woman to fit into these pants though. Again, they'll need to be hemmed except one pair.

1) Poor sizing - and they claim it is my fault. I measured THEIR dresses and the measurements don't match what is on their site.
2) They require you to return to China - which is over $100 in shipping charges. REDICULOUS! It was shipped from a US address - but I can't return to a US address?
3) Poor quality. Like really bad.

Although the returns policy is clear.It will cost you maybe more than the item is worth in postage cost !!
The sizing is poor too So you'd be very lucky if your goods fit correctly. Poor quality too

They will not let me return the clothing, as they claim they were custom made, apart from 2 items which are worth nothing and not worth the post to return them, and even then, after repeatedly asking them for their address, they took a month to give it to me, reminded me that my post would cost more than the refund, and repeating that the process will be long and arduous!
Both the 2 piece and 3 piece wedding outfits I bought, were not at all cut to size. They claim that size 12 pants with a size 8 top is normal, and the dress I bought, was 4cm to big around the bust, proven with photos, and they still wouldn't refund it because they decided it was fine....of course. After masses of emails they offered me 50% refund on one outfit, so CHF80.00 on my CHF437.00 purchase, and have still failed to even give me that!!! They say it will be supplied as a credit on their site!!!!!!! (Which it turns out will expire quite quickly)

I ordered three supposedly linen dresses from this company, when they arrived they were appalling 65% synthetic in fact cheap copies of what was displayed online. The packaging had a return address in Birmingham so I returned the goods for a refund. Now there is a problemabout the refund they want me to keep the goods and just pay a partial refund, what a joke the goods aren’t fit for anything and are breaching the Trade Description Act. I have now passed my complaint to PayPal. I am writing this to stop another person being conned if it looks too good to be true it generally is. PS there is nothing on the website to say this stuff is coming from China but when you want to return it they say you will be charged return postage back to China despite a return address in Birmingham! Avoid this company and you will save yourself grief.

Ordered 5 t shirts. 1 dirty and not as described. 1 had rip in the neck.
All very poor quality. The photos they show you,make them look fabulous. Not.
They make it very difficult to send them back. Offering 15% to keep them.
Badly sized as well. All to big.

Ordered shoes in my normal size 3 and when they arrived they were far too small. Contacted them to return them and was td they were made to measure and couldn't be sold on. They offered me 20% refund or 40%voucher where I had to spend double the worth of the voucher to be able to use it. I argued with their customer service that at no time had I been asked for my measurements of my feet so how could they be made to measure. I was eventually send a return address label but told in no uncertain terms that unless I sent them with original packaging and labels I would not get a replacement. Totally disgusted with this company, will not be using it ever again. Do not buy anything from them their customer service is ridiculous and their products are very poor quality.

Wrong Product Sent ( they used misleading pictures to advertise the product I bought) Their website states lead time is 4-7 business days, but my product was delivered 4 weeks after the order was placed. When I contacted them, they first said the lead time is 10 working days then as the product didn’t arrive they said that lead time was 18 days. Seems like a joke ! Not reliable!
Terrible customer service. Nearly 3 weeks with back and forth emails. They do not assume responsibility, keep pushing for partial refund (even though they sent the wrong product, with so much delay and no updates) or for discount vouchers (that you need to spend double the value to take advantage) I DON’T recommend buying from this company. Save your time and money. They will only get you frustrated !

Worst customer service in the history of time. STAY AWAY!! I’ve been trying for over a week to submit a return form and post items back. They keep sending me automated emails saying that the “ticket” I’ve submitted is incorrect. They also asked me for photographic evidence that the items don’t fit. Come on! Since when are you not entitled to return an item because the fabric is cheap and not like advertised online. Worst decision ever to buy from these crooks.
