Ordered 2 Shirts both the same size - one fitted and one does not.
They charge you to return the item!
Which is about the same cost as the purchase price.
SCAM!
This is their fault -
The best they can do is you keep it (Don't Fit LOL) and they will give you 10% of the value to by another product that may not fit. These Companies should be banned.
WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN _ NOR WILL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY - as I am forwarding this to all.
My next letter is to Trading Standards!

Ordered a cream coat and absolutely nothing like the picture. It was terrible quality didnt bother sending it back just dumped it in the bin. Never again

die Ware kam aber nicht an , das ist Betrug!!!

Man kann die Firma weder per Email, telefonisch oder schriftlich erreichen.
Jeder seriöse Onlineshop hat seine Kontaktdaten und eine Transportversicherung.
Fazit : Unseriös , daher Hände weg !!!!

How can trustpilot possibly support Light in the box company .They are disgusting and stealing honest hard working peoples money ,send wrong sizes ,faulty goods and make it almost impossible to get a refund or even a perfect replacement.I tell everyone I speak to about this thieving company AVOID!AVOID ! JUST read the genuine reviews away from thier website .Will never be taking notice of trust pilot again .

All items received were not the actual measurement that was stated on the item page. If they don't like your review,they don't post it. My questions regarding sizing(11 inch difference) were ignored on the item page.

I ordered a $120 jacket for my grandson after taking and comparing the stated measurements. I waited 2 months for the jacket and it was way too small. I followed all instructions and returned it in June 2022. I just received the jacket returned from China, no reason given in May 2023 (to tell you the truth I had long forgotten about it) absolute rubbish customer service.

The clothes I ordered were very cheaply made and ill-fitting, and then I discovered they have a rubbish returns policy. Steer well clear of this company.

The dress I received was shoddily made, much smaller than it should have been (including length being 103cm rather than the stated 136cm) and clearly not cotton as described. It felt like nylon. Unable to contact anyone because I don't have an account. Disgusting cheap looking, badly made item and disgusting customer service. I am trying to get my money back through PayPal. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. You can't return goods. No contact details on their website.
When you attempt to press the return tab, it does nothing.

Other reviews recommended facebook and messenger. They do respond to your messages but unfortunately, in this case, they stated they don't do return labels or slips and will only refund 1/2 of the postage. At the minute they want us to send photos of the labels including ones of a tape to show the actual size of the garments. They don't seem to understand their legal requirements in the Jurisdiction they are selling the goods in. I still don't know who I am communicating with or the address of the company.

They have 2 profiles on trustpilot. This profile would reflect my experience.

Finger weg! Billigster Chinamist, Material entspricht Null der Beschreibung auf dem Bild, stinkender Stoff, Größe 5XL bestellt, ist höchstens XL, wenn überhaupt. Kundendienst nicht erreichbar. Man muss die App installieren und erreicht doch niemanden. Alles gefakte Bewertungen auf dem Portal.

As the payment went from my credit card to lightinthebox London GBR I belived this to be a UK company. When I queried where my order was after 4 weeks I received emails from China demanding that I download their APP. I am not that stupid.
I respionded to their email with CANCEL THIS ORDER. I received a reply confirming cancellation but with 4 separate hyper-links to tick to confirm. Again not that stupid.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

I thought they were legitimate as they had products that looked the same as other UK website shops from known companies (without the £10/15 postage charge). I don't know if they were copies of those products or those products were bad fitting anyway, but the jumper I bought had sleeves 6cm shorter than multiple other jumpers we had at home (with matching body length and width) plus the neckline was a lot tighter than described or shown in the images... It was described/photographed as a crew neck but arrived as a turtle neck. When it was tried on it looked really small fitting, and resembled a 1970's school teacher jumper!

The jumper looked totally different from the photographs on LightInTheBox website, but when it came to ask for a refund it was such a drawn out and stressful process. The jumper incl postage cost me around £42 so I wasn't happy to just leave it. I emailed them multiple times and even though they were upping the amount of refund they offered (without me needing to send the jumper back TO CHINA), from 40% to 60%, I wanted a full refund. What was I or anyone else going to do with a jumper that didn't fit normally?! In order for me to get a full refund they said I had to return it to China - at my own cost! They said to send it the cheapest way but no way was I sending something that far without it being tracked because there's a high chance they will say it never arrived and I wouldn't get my money back.

In the end I took it to paypal to request a refund and even they said I had to return it to LITB China for a refund. I told paypal that LITB had a clause on its website that if the quality was bad then they would pay for return postage - a terrible fit is a bad quality product - but I was told I still had to cover postage. I was about to take the issue to my bank card company to claim a refund that way but paypal actually sent me a credit note for the cost of the postage. This makes the whole thing seem sketchy - why would paypal protect LITB?! The only thing I can think of is that Paypal makes so much money from them that they don't want to rock the boat on business dealings!

Overview- don't buy from LITB even though they seem like they sell generic products because they don't fit properly and it will be a huge issue to get your money back.

I used to sew my evening dresses myself, it's a hobby and I'm very good at it (without being presumptuous), but I didn't have the time and the energy this time. So, I ordered from ''Light in the box'' on February 9, 2023 a custom-made wedding guest dress (I had to indicate all my specific measurements). I just received it on March 11 in Canada, 4 weeks later. Gotta give credit where credit is due, this dress is simply stunning, dazzling, in fact, she's prettier in person. Even the inside lining is lined. I don't see any seams. Everything is top of the line. I'm really amazed. Honestly, I didn't expect such high quality. This dress is a 10 out of 10 for me. And I know what I'm talking about. The materiel the seams, everything. It's more then I paid for, I'm impressed.

I have one order with them, and its been two months. This is a Chinese company that can't deliver, so I would not recommend their products, although they do look impressive.

Ordered a Hooded Raincoat one size big so I could fit sweaters under it. It took forever but finally came. It is a funny fit. Back, sleeves and shoulder fit OK -- but the FRONT IS TOO NARROW AND I CANNOT EVEN GET THE 2 SIDES TO MEET, MUCH LESS DO UP BUTT0NS. Dealing with this company is a nightmare. After weeks of back and forth they finally sent an address for return with stipulations attached. Finally read some review on this company. There are almost 200 reviews online and they are the worst I have ever read on any company. Knowing how bad it is to return anything I am going to trash this coat - will not even give the coat to charity because the fit is so bad. Bottom line - DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Received dresses after four weeks. When they arrived
Dresses were extra large size not size 14.
Cheap material, ridiculous shape. Of no use at all. After four emails eventually got the return address which was in China.
Supposed to return within 7days !!
Will probably take weeks to return. Will not use company again. Will not return dresses cost too much.

Claims it never got my return parcel. Lost $100.
