Mon épouse a acheté 3 robes en lin pour 132.15€ pour notre fille. La qualité est mauvaise cela sent le pétrole! On demande un remboursement. Il faut un bon de retour qu'ils ne sont pas capables de fournir en 2 semaines. Délai pour se faire rembourser. Les frais d'envoi sont à nos frais. Bref. Tout est fait pour ne pas obtenir de remboursement. Conclusion publicité mensongère pour les retours et sur la qualité des produits. ce site est dangereux. N'achetez pas.

Utter frustration
1st of all the item price was cheaper than anywhere else, or so i thought, then i had to pay for postage, then tax in the end the product cost more than the other sites, but by then i thought in for a penny in for a pound. It is so hard to contact customer services and the package took longer to arrive. Looking at past reviews i am not the only one dissatisfied with the website

Stay way! Products look nothing like photos they provide. Material is not a correct description either. The product I received wasn’t even completed. Absolutely awful. Do not purchase anything from this company. Return address on package is Cedar Grove New Jersey but must be sent to China for a refund….postage is ridiculous…what a scam!

bad site, the products arrive with bad smells and of very poor quality! 100% plastic cannot be returned because the return costs a minimum of 45 euros. they offer a refund of 20% of the price paid which is a joke! I will never shop again and I hope other people don't either! stay away

Het leek zo mooi, een leuk jurkje voor een leuke prijs. De maattabel bevat alleen de lengte en de schouderbreedte, NIET de taille en/of heupbreedte. De schouderbreedte klopte, dus ik naam de gok en bestelde een XXL (mt 44-46). De foto op de website toonde een dame met maatje S en er stond bij 'standaard pasvorm'. De jurk zat haar heel ruim. Dat was precies wat ik zocht. Bij aankomst bleek de jurk echter veel te strak te zitten.

Het blijkt echter dat ze dramatisch slecht retourbeleid hebben. Ze zeggen GEEN retourlabel beschikbaar te hebben voor het magazijn in Nederland (Hoezo? Dat maak je toch gewoon digitaal aan?) Dus moet het naar China gestuurd worden. Kosten $10-$40 voor een jurkje van €27. Dit was eens maar nooit weer... TRAP ER NIET IN MENSEN en LEES EERST DE REVIEWS. Dat ben ik vergeten. Hopelijk kan ik anderen hiervoor behoeden om bij hen te kopen.

Fullständigt värdelöst företag. Beställde en "Bowling skjorta" till en tema fest. Den kom för sent trots att jag beställde veckor innan.

En retur skulle tydligen kosta mer än vad skjortan kosta. Fick nån rabatt på en affär jag aldrig vill använda igen.

Hade jag vetat att det var drop shipment från Asien hade jag ALDRIG beställt där...

Kleding besteld en 4 van de 5 stuks passen niet. Maten op de website zijn niet representatief voor Europese maten.

Goed, dan maar retourneren. Maar dat iets niet past is volgens dit bedrijf geen geldige reden en daarom krijg je geen retouretiket. Dus kun je niet eens iets terugsturen. Maar je kunt wel een tegoedbon krijgen van 10% van je aankoop?

Dit bedrijf overtreedt de Europese en NL wetgeving mbt retourbeleid.

Laat je niet gekmaken door de lage prijzen. Kies dan voor Shein. Die kleding komt ook uit oa China, maar dat kun je gewoon terugsturen.

Nooit meer Light in the Box. Kijk ook eens bij de andere reviews (die echt slecht zijn), want dit bedrijf heeft meerdere pagina's op Trustpilot.

Same as everyone else it seems, checked the sizes I was ordering and correct...it wasn't they didn't fit my 10yr old neice never mind me.... sending back was a nightmare and they kept offering me discounts to keep... yet, they dont fit, what use are they to me...do not use this company at any cost...

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe taglia 44 ed ho ricevuto una taglia 42, impossibile contattarli e anche con reclamo tramite Paypal avrei dovuto spedire il bene in cina a mie spese, costava più la spedizione del bene acquistato perciò ho dovuto rinunciare, Paypal non ha potuto fare nulla....Sono dei TRUFFATORI state alla larga...Mai più acquisti con loro...da evitare...

Site à fuir car le retour d’un vêtement qui ne vous convient pas est compliqué: frais de retour pour la Chine à 45€ et sans certitude de remboursement ( mail du site proposant 30% du prix en avoir sur d’autres achats) j’ai perdu 140€+45€ de frais de retour !!!!!! One star because there is no ZERO star rating. Ordered clothing. They sent the wrong size. I wrote back. They advised China's sizes are different. * They dumped stock. I sought a refund. They tried in every way possible to avoid discussing this using their automated system to block me. Finally, they agreed. I returned the goods at my cost to China. They never refunded the money. 2023, they contacted me to advise I had a credit I could spend on their products. Crooks. Liars and thieves. Note also this org has many identities. Have nothing to do with them. *Final return of goods took place 20/6/2022 I have proof of return and receipt in China.

Where do I start? Firstly, I logged on to their site LITB.co.uk - all prices are shown in £. I should have looked for the small print. This is a firm based in Beijing, China. The clothes looked beautiful in the pictures. When they arrived they were truly awful. The material was cheap and nasty one garment had a hole in it. I ordered several different items over a period of about 4 days and they arrived very quickly because there is a distribution centre in the UK. The first order contained 2 dresses crammed into a very small plastic bag. There was no paperwork and no labels on the dresses Now to returning them! You must return within 7days. I left it too late. I couldn't return the first order as on day 8, the order had disappeared. when the other equally awful garments arrived, I intended to send them all straight back. Problem. No labels, no paperwork, no identifying clues. Yet, their return policy states all labels must be fixed to the items for a return. That's when I emailed them for guidance and discovered they ar based in China. I weighed all the items - all 3.47Kilos of them. Cost to return? Between £54 - £80. The only saving grace was that I paid through PayPal and of the £307 I stupidly paid, they have refunded me £134 which is just less than half. So I will write the rest off as a harsh lesson. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. Awful,

Poorly made goods that are impossible to return. As previously stated, no hint of chinese company. Should have read these reviews and the signs, badly translated English etc. Christ knows how they are allowed to trade. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!

Ik gaf nav de vele negatieve reviews Light in the Box het voordeel van de twijfel. Had ik het maar niet gedaan! Wat een misleidende advertenties!
Beeldig jumpsuit afgebeeld op foto. In realiteit totaal anders, flutstof (een soort voeringstof), past voor geen meter maar dan ook op geen enkel punt, een soort hobbezak. Echt schandalig. Helaas kan ik hier minimaal 1 ster geven dat is echter veel te veel.

Firstly there was no clue that I was dealing with a Chinese company, thought the company was based in Tottnam Court Road. Shipping was expensive, which in hindsight should have been a clue. When the clothes arrived the quality and fabric were only fit for the bin. Sizes are also far too small. Returns are made impossible. I would like to know if anyone has actually been succussful in returning anything and had a complete refund? I very much doubt it. After being send around in circles I opted for a 30% refund and keep the floor cloths because I was certain I wasnt going to be refunded. They couldnt even be honest about that as recieved far less than 30%. What ever you do, avoid this scammer of a company.

Maar deze staat er niet bij? Wel adres en straat en telefoons nummer,geef het je te doen,alleen het retourneren al kost veel tijd,zeer zeer zeker niet in zee gaan met dit Chinese bedrijf Lightinthebox
Alles ingevuld in de DHL app maar kom niet verder ivm dat ze geen mail adres hebben,
Mijn vrouw heeft spijt dat ze daar gekocht heeft,
Dus niet doen, miss deze eens opgeven aan Radar of Opgelicht.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I agree with all other comments. Poorly made, sizing incorrect and they try all avenues to not refund you after you have paid to return the item to China as per their instructions.

online shopping is becoming really hit-and-miss. Ragtrade goods fit only for landfill keep making their way stealth mode into buyers baskets. Light in the box shows goods on their website that are of much better quality than what the customer receives. I didn't even realise the goods were from China till I attempted to return them.Light in the box demand returns back to China even though a UK address appears on the website. The cost is astronomical and outways the quality of the goods. In hindsight the post and packaging for delivery was suspiciously costly. The website is impossible to use and clearly constructed to make returns overly difficult/impossible. I was offered half price discount to keep the items. No. I don't want to spend any money at all on this tat. The material is terrible and looks flammable. Why Photoshop goods or probably use photos of better quality goods from other websites? Its becoming increasingly difficult not to be scammed by companies like this. Im using online shopping less and less because of companies like this.
