L & I Eaton ARC Ltd Arvostelua

We had a great experience of with L&I Eaton North, Lincoln from start to finish. Very efficient and helpful with the end result, a super repair. From Hannah and Holly on the Reception, Luke who examined and explained the work involved on the repair, Jonathan who delivered the Courtesy car and the guys in the workshop. Thank you all. We will certainly recommend L&I Eaton North , Lincoln.10/10 Thank you.

Wonderful service. The Dunfermline branch has a star employee! E made over and beyond effort to ensure I got my courtesy car even though the fault was none of the company's own. E wasn't feeling well, but really calmed my frustration - not with L&E Eaton), tears and worry. I'd say this woman is akin to a cup of tea after an upside down day.
The work done was excellent like I'd never been hit and the service top notch. My car was cleaned and shiny like new.
I'd recommend this company everytime.

5 star experience from start to finish

In no way is my review anything to do with L & I Eaton ARC Ltd
Purely and simply I have made an error, this review is regarding Eaton Car Sales Derby
Doesn't appear to want to answer difficult questions !
Advertised a Range Rover for sale, but when one checked the Registration number on the Government MOT site, it appears this Registration number doesn't exist ??
Emailed for an explanation and I was ignored !
Make what you will of that !

This business is outstanding, from collection of the car, keeping me informed about progress to the excellent quality of the repairs, and excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to use this company again and make the upmost recommendations to other possible customers.

The Carlisle branch of L&I Eaton went above and beyond with the repair of my car.
Working around my working shift pattern to ensure the work was completed within their expected timescale.

I was extremely satisfied with the workmanship.
A highly recommended company with very knowledgeable staff.

Being kept upto date has my car was fixed
Plus the polite young lady on the phone

L&I Eaton were incredibly professional all the way through our vehicle being repaired. We were kept informed with regular phone calls to us. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

First class service from L & I Eaton Keith Branch. From picking up the car, to updating weekly on progress and returning in immaculate condition.

We cannot fault L and I Eaton -- Keith Branch. Our car was picked up and taken to L and I from our home north of Inverness. John, the person who came to collect our car, was friendly and professional. He took the time to inspect the damage and explain the steps involved in the repair. We thought we would be without our car for at least two weeks. We were contacted almost daily with updates on our car repair, and on the 5th day were told that our car had been repaired and would be delivered to us the following day. A nice young man had our car returned to us by 10 am the following day! Overall, this was an exemplary, and much less stressful than it could have been, experience! Thank you to John, Caroline, and everyone at the Keith Branch of L and I Eaton

Amazing service from the Keith Branch, who gave me weekly updates about the repairs to my car.

On top of the great communication (and reassurance all was going well), they did a fantastic repair job and a brilliant valet - what more can you ask for?!

I was involved in an accident where someone drove into the side of my car. L & I Eaton is the company that my car insurance used for getting repairs done. My car was sent to the Keith Branch. The customer service was Excellent from start to finish. My car was even delivered back to my front door after the repairs had been done and it looked just like new inside and out with all the repairs done to a very hight standard. All team members that I dealt with provided Excellent customer service and kept me updated throughout. Thank you so much again to everyone at the Keith branch for getting my car back on the road. I would highly recommend L & I Eaton Keith Branch.
