L & I Eaton ARC Ltd Arvostelua

Really pleased with the work this Glasgow garage recently did for me. First visit and wont be last. From the Manager to the whole team, just a really friendly and helpful bunch! Thanks guys!

Very professional customer service polite and kept us well informed. Top class repair to car would definitely recommend this firm.

Keith branch of L&I Eaton were great every step of the way collecting car when said giving me courtesy car as a mobility car and keeping us informed twice weekly on how the repair was going
Excellent service

The whole process was so easy and professional. Continual updates and staff are so polite and accommodating. Third time my car has been there and each time fantastic service

I have had the pleasure before of dealing with this company. Very professional and listen to what suits me eg dates for car to be taken and kept me updated by phone regularly so I knew exactly what was happening. I got a great courtesy car and got my car back in 2 weeks at a time that suited me. I didn't have to chase them up etc, which is unusual. Great communication 👏

The whole process to the end was so easy. After reporting the accident to Motability I was contacted by the Keith branch who offerered me a curtesy car but as it was only a small car and would not fit the wheelchair they talked me through how to get a hire vehicle through the insurance. They then contacted me to arrange for the repair and collected the car from my house. On Tuesday and Fridays I got an update on the progression of the repair and when complete delivered the car back to my house. Throughout the whole process they had been very polite and professional. I would recommend them if you need a vehicle repaired.

My car was badly damaged in an accident and when It was returned from L&I Eaton the car was good as new and ran perfectly.
Great service and great job

Really great service keeping me updated throughout the whole process and also excellent work on fixing the car it really does look as good as new

All the staff was welcoming and very polite and professional from first contact and on. Kept me informed on the status and progress of my vehicle being repaired. Would definitely recommend L&I for vehicle body repairs. 10 out of 10. Well done guys many thanks. James terry

As a confused old man I found them to be extremely patient and helpful in sorting out my repair problems.
Triangulating between Motability. The Insurers and myself.
I would like to thank Emily in particular as she organised most of the repairs for me. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish, clear instruction on the process and what had to be submitted to assess the damage. Impressive digital system when uploading photos and car data. Staff totally customer focussed, providing regular updates by email and phone of the ongoing repair, including a call from a manager. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Regrettably, I’m afraid I am going to have to give this company negative feedback.
My principal reasons are as follows;
1. This company were instructed to carry out a straightforward repair on the edge of the rear door of our Motability vehicle, which houses a hydraulic lift at the back for the wheelchair. They were not qualified to repair the arm to the wheelchair, which had also been damaged due to a design fault when the vehicle was converted.
2. I found that trying to get through on the telephone was consistently quite difficult and their recorded messages, in the voice of an American lady, was quite amusing since she stated that if you wish to leave a voicemail, please press the £sign. I’m not sure what this is anyway it left me very confused.
2. The repair to the door was quite straightforward. I am not sure whether they repaired the door or fixed a completely new door.
In any event, upon receipt of the vehicle I was absolutely gobsmacked to find that the door that had been repaired/replaced, when closed did not align with the door on the other side. In fact it was out by about 1 cm !?! This would allow rain/water to get into the vehicle at the rear which may cause damage to the hydraulic lift.
3. The repair took far too long and caused us considerable inconvenience as this vehicle was specifically adapted to the needs of 3 disabled brothers.
4. There was absolutely no feedback in relation to the progress of the repair, whilst in their possession, or indeed any indication as to what it was that they intended to do with the repair.
5. The only reason I have given this a one star is that the chap who dropped off the vehicle was an extremely polite gentleman and very helpful.
My biggest grievance is the fact that I am very very disappointed that a company who purport to be the best, and the largest in the UK, have quite incompetently and carelessly, bordering on negligence, undertaken a repair which is wholly unsatisfactory. Unfortunately ,we will have to endure further distress and significant inconvenience once the vehicle is taken again, so that the door can be repaired and properly aligned when closed.

L and I Eaton ( Keith division) were super efficient from start to finish. Their instructions were clear as to how the vehicle repair would be dealt with and communication was excellent while the repair was carried out keeping us up to date.
The standard of repair was outstanding. As someone who has been involved in automotive repair work in the past I have some understanding of the level of skill required to achieve such a high standard of workmanship.
The vehicle was returned to us within a week which, given the damage is very quick.
They even found time to give the interior a thorough clean.
Thank you to everyone at L and I Eaton Keith, we are so appreciative of your work.
Highly recommended.

This business was used by my insurance company when my car was damaged. The team kept me up to date throughout, all staff were friendly and the whole experience was exceptionally efficient.

Would recommend these guys. They kept me informed with the progress of the repairs on my car and the work was done to a high standard.

Fast turnaround !
Hopefully you won't have an accident but, if you do, L & I Eaton Keith Branch will support you at every stage of the repairs.
My circumstances meant a request to expedite the works and it was accommodated. Phone updates throughout and a decent courtesy car made me feel like I was a respected customer.
The car was returned in good time for me ahead of my travels. It has been done to a very high spec and I'm very happy with it.

The staff were extremely friendly and kept us informed throughout the whole process. The repair was second to none. The valeting of the car was also top class,( I have paid for valeting many times previously but this experience far exceeded that). A really excellent company to deal with from top to bottom. Thanks so much.

First class service, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Kept us informed on the progress of our vehicle repair. Hannah, Holly and Luke were very professional and polite. Made the whole process stress free.

Great service from the Keith team ! They pulled out all the stops to get us back on the road for our camping trip😎
Thanks
