ABZ Autoworks Centre Arvostelua

I booked my car in for a service and MOT after a Google search of highly rated garages in Aberdeen.

ABZ Autoworks was one of the top rated and deservedly so! From the booking stage, the whole process was simple. There were a couple of different women on reception (I can't remember your names, I'm sorry!) They were so polite, incredibly helpful, and extremely quick at responding to emails which I appreciated immensely!

I added on a drop off after the initial booking and they accomodated without any fuss. My MOT passed (thankfully) but with a couple of advisories. The manager had already priced it up before I was phoned and the work was done the same day.

The young guy who dropped my car off was lovely too.

I cannot sing the praises of the staff enough for their efficiency and the quality of the service they provide! Will definitely be my first choice for any car work needing done from now on and I will highly recommend to anyone needing a garage too!

Great work! Fab Team. Very well deserved 5 stars!

Very well run family business. Friendly and professional staff. The rear bumper of my new KIA Sportage was damaged slightly but required repair. I contacted ABZ Bodywork for a free quote. Ryan replied first thing the next morning. Due to a cancellation he was able to fit me in the next day. I went to the office, spoke to Abbie who was very efficient and sorted out all the admin stuff, left my keys and the vehicle in their care. Returned two days later to collect. Job done to a high standard and very impressed by the whole set up. Highly recommend this garage for a fast and effective repair.

Damaged my Polo hitting a post in a car park.

Damage was extensive to the nearside drivers door, rear door and rear wing.

ABZ auto works provided the most compatitive proposal of the three shops I visited.

The work was carried out over a nine day period replacing the doors, repairing bodywork and painting.

The fit and finish of the repaired car was excellent.

I also had them MOT the car on completion of the repair through ABZ Autoworks Mechanical

I have no complaints on the quality of work, timings and no hesitation to recomend ABZ Autoworks for accident damage.

Well done guys.

Went to ABZ Autoworks after a so called "bodywork specialist" in Aberdeen totally messed up my bonnet repair not once but twice.

Gary at ABZ took one look and knew what was required, 2 days later and the bonnet was showroom condition! Suffice it to say any future body work or service requirements I will be heading to ABZ Autoworks Centre.

Would highly recommend this place
Lovely young lad picked up my car and took it back all cleaned up. The car looks like new again all done in a few days, will be my go to place for any bumps and scrapes in the future

Excellent service friendly staff, good value and car working efficiently thank you

Gary is not only a credit to your company but also a credit to his profession. Best in class! A wonderful experience and I'll be back ASAP for future requirements. Job well done Sir!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, would highly recommend. Gary & Cody are really friendly chaps and make the experience with the service enjoyable.

The magicians at ABZ Autoworks have performed an amazing feat of magic and made some nasty dents in the rear quarter panel of my metallic silver vehicle completely disappear!
Try as I might, I simply could not detect the repair -including in bright sunlight or electric light - at any angle. I had read metallic silver can be one of the most difficult colour types to match, so the skill required to achieve a seamless finish is very high. I can confirm ABZ Autoworks have it and I can recommend this company without reservation.
Very friendly and helpful staff to boot.
Absolutely gold star excellent 😀

Not to be trusted.this people hired my wife they guided her and she was posted in Pip.
She was bullied by her staff no proper guidance, they made her work like a dog, and And ABZ works are not even replying her email when she wants to speak out.
Please don't fall for this trap
They are bullies

My VW Id Buzz was in for a bumper repair. Great communication from the team, prompt quote and actually managed to collect it a day earlier than originally suggested. The repair was high quality and completely invisible. I would highly recommend.

Needed a spring replaced on my Fiesta, ABZ was recommended to me so went along and was pleased to see the job complete correctly and to the estimated price agreed, great bunch of friendly people, would recommend.

Great all round service starting from the efficient reception staff member to the friendly mechanic who explained the issue and repair done on my car, couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I was recommend ABZ autoworks for some work to be done on my car through a friend. From booking and having the work done it was quick, easy and efficient. I was kept upto date with the progress including the cost.

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times and would highly recommend, have already suggested them to friends and family and I will be going back in the future.

Thanks ABZ Autoworks! Someone drove into my rear bumper on the Sunday and straight away I emailed ABZ AUTOWORKS, the next day I got a price and I called them up to arrange an appointment, managed to get seen on the Thursday, car ready for collection by Saturday morning. This is the second time I’ve used ABZ Autoworks and again the quality of the work is top notch, flawless. You would not be able to tell where the scratch took place. Great service and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are now based in Hillview Road, Torry which makes it even more convenient to be seen. Thanks guys

Sent my car in to get its wheels redone, not only do they look brand new but the whole process from booking to having the work done was easy and quick, all for a very good price. My number 1 garage for all my car needs.

Tops blokes nice atmosphere. Will be back

Swift and professional service.

I had been badly let down by a mobile tyre fitting company. So after a quick call to Gareth this morning he was able to slot me in and fit my tyres which really got me out the crap.

Cheers

Excellent service from the point of ordering tyres through to fitting. I was kept updated at all stages and the service from everyone, from the lovely girl on reception to the gents who fitted the tyres was exceptional, so friendly and helpful. This was during the week of the worst snow that Aberdeen has seen in years and they were so busy but went out of their way to be helpful. Will be back in the future.
