The LearnDash LMS is simple and effective - I highly recommend. The LearnDash customer support is outstanding. Very prompt to reply via email to any/all issues I face. 99% of the issues I have encountered, well, I can blame myself for doing something wrong. But I get the answers needed, with screenshots and/or URLs and spot-on advice. LD support is excellent and they make my life a lot easier.

This plugin is horrible: with each update, the developers change their .css structure, with “!important” everywhere, which completely breaks the design.
Even worse: features that used to work very well no longer work (such as simply opening/closing an accordion for the course summary). The new JS code no longer works.

I contacted support about these problems, and was told: “yes, there is a problem, developers are actively working on the issue, but at this time, there's still no estimated timeline for resolution.”
Guys, just put back the JS code from before the update!
It's been more than two months since I sent the message to support about this problem. I'm still waiting. In the meantime, users can't view the course details from the presentation page.

I'm so sick of having to spend hours correcting their incompetence with every update.
Run away from this plugin.

Really helpful indepth support to help out with an issue. Solved quickly and with a good explanation how it was solved.

Very impressed with the support I received. I had some issues with my website, and presumed it was a learndash issue. It was actually plug-ins I had installed which were interfering with it. Regardless, the support team helped me (on multiple occasions) identify the cause and fix it.

I use Learndash since about 5 years and I am still very happy with it. Learndash has a lot of possibilities and it also looks good. The support always helps me with questions I sometimes have.

We've been with you learndash about 12 years, and nothing is too much, everything is dealt with promptly, competently, and in a friendly way.
We are currently undergoing a big audit with our accrediting body and as we are providing them with details of all of our infrastructure it's so great to be able to say we've worked with Learndash for so long and we've never once had a serious issue, and all the minor issues are fixed so quickly.
There were times early into the set up that the man hours spent on support must have outweighed the profit off my account, but still, nothing was too much, there were never extra charges.

I had a very wonderful experience and I am very grateful.

Not recommending them as they have terrible customer service. Tried the cloud version unable to get it to work properly (specific video files) multiple tries with support. In the end decided to go with another by provider. Also no refund even if they can’t deliver what is promised.

We worked with Prabhat to develop and launch our training website for employees. He was super responsive, very friendly, and had availability to meet whenever we had a lot of questions that were better discussed over video chat. We're looking forward to getting our courses uploaded and delivered to our users.

Enabling "shared quiz questions" doesn't allow you to see which quizzes you've allocated the questions to (i.e., it doesn't say on the Questions page that a Q is attached to both quizzes A and B). It just deletes the category altogether on the Questions page, so there's no organization at all. So is the Q in 3 quizzes? Is it in just one? That info is an imperative on the Questions list page.

I want to create Quizzes A through F independently, and then at the end make a final exam test (G), where I allocate the Qs from all of these quizzes A-F into G, but there's no way to do this from the Questions page. In other words, you can't just highlight all Qs in Quizzes A and B and then add them to G. It literally requires opening Builder for a new quiz and then cumbersomely searching through all of the question *titles,* without knowing which Qs are even in A-F in the first place.

When you publish a new quiz question, you should have the option to immediately Save the Q + Reload that as a repeated template for a new Q, rather than having to manually load the template all of the time for new Qs. It's a cumbersome and annoying step to manually load the same template for, e.g., 7 Qs in a row, rather than just being able to immediately start the new Q from the same template. I had literally used a free wordpress plugin before called Watu quizzes where this option was there.

All of my interactions with Learndash support have been very good, It does take a few days to get to the front of the queue but once you do, the responses are helpful and my issue gets resolved.

We had compatibility issues with our multilingual versions and LearnDash on one of our client's websites, and the technical support team responded very well and in a timely manner.

So far my experience is really great, I mess one thing up and the support team in less than 2 hours resolve my problem. Highly recommend!
