Customer service is very responsive, I emailed them when I had an issue and I got responses very quickly, the support agent gave me many options, almost held my hand to walk me thru everything I needed to fix my issue.

One of the best customer support I've used on the internet in general. Extremely pleasant and helpful, and problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. Bravo!

I am having trouble adding new users to the platform and turned to LearnDash for support. The experience has been terrible. Everything is done via email and the response time is incredibly slow. If I had known they only communicate via email, we would have picked a different platform to build our learning academy on. This is Day #4 that I have been asking for help.

I have only had a couple of issues with LearnDash over the past several years of using it, and none were related to build quality or mistakes. The couple of times I've interacted with Support they have been friendly, competent, and have a 100% success rate solving my challenges.

This Plugin is a very bad Plugin. All the thing they offer are not true. Tha support is totally incompetent and never will solve your issues and the will try to close your ticket without a solution. I will remove all the site I have with them. Be Careful!!! They will take your money and will let you down!!! SCAMMERS
