Breaks the website after update, poor support
Had to solve an urgent issue alone after a while of waiting. 5 days waiting and i get a basic email reply that is not even related to my issue. Then get another email response after 5 extra days asking for more info. Well after a while, you solve it yourself and give up on there support. I just wish I did not purchase the update, since it broke the website, customers where mad. Should I have kept the old version without having so much issues.

The support is not effective.
It's 2026, and I've been using LearnDash since 2020. Overall, the plugin is good and does its job. The problem lies with the support team, which, as is often the case when you contact them, does everything it can to avoid admitting that the problem is on their end. I had an SDK issue between Stripe and Elementor. For six weeks, they insisted the problem wasn't with them, but with the other parties involved. Finally, they released an update, which resolved the issue (after six weeks of error messages on the front end). Now, I have a translation problem. For six years, the French translation worked perfectly, but now it has significantly deteriorated since the last updates, and the only solution I'm offered is to install another translation plugin to manually translate fields that are displaying errors in the English version. The support is simply not up to par.

The issue has now been escalated to our development team so it can be properly addressed in the core translation files, and updated files were provided to you in the meantime.

Ellie my support contact was quick, thorough and was diligent in her follow-up. I did not feel like a number and she focused on making sure my problem was addressed.
Also, my ticket spanned a few days and she maintained my ticket rather than passing me through to other agents which is my normal experience with tech help desks. The continuity totally changes the experience, so good for LearnDash (or whoever is running Helpdesk) for making that the policy. It is a refreshing change.

Overall good plugin, helpful support, tutorials could be better.
Basically LearnDash offers a very comprehensive, customizable and easy to build and use learning management system. I wish their knowledgebase articles explained things in more detail, and that their video tutorials got to the point more quickly. However, their support staff is helpful and friendly.

LearnDash helped me tune the user experience for the 7fold Academy with patience, kindness, and openness to my vision.
