LeanDash is a really decent LMS, but when I got into difficulty using LearnDash Cloud, Tarun Verma was a superb help, so the stars are for him as much as the product.

Amazing. Its was prompt and thorough and they were able to help resolve my issues straight away.

I had spent HOURS using different AI, other plugin support tech, trying CSS, php snippets, Stripe dashboard and NOTHING HELPED, until I used what I should have used in the first place - Tarun at Learndash SUPPORT. He fixed it FIRST TIME and nailed it with a simple line of CSS that was CORRECT after I had added many other CSS code that was suggested by other support tries (not learndash). LESSON LEARNED. It has become increasingly harder to find people in customer-facing positions that genuinely seem to care about helping people. Ellie is one of the few hidden gems that customers can only hope and dream get assigned to help them with their issue(s).

To give some background, I have used LearnDash for over a year and despite it being user friendly, my courses suddenly started displaying critical error messages. I went through the people that designed my website and are the ones that introduced me to LearnDash, but after a week of being given the runaround and still not having a solution found, I decided to reach out to LearnDash directly. To be honest, at first, I wasn't expecting LearnDash to be that helpful as I have had really bad experiences with support tickets with other eLearning and tech support tickets with other companies, but Ellie and LearnDash made it so easy. She was quick, knowledgeable, and really wanted to help. She broke things down easily for me to follow and made sure that my issue was completely resolved before closing the ticket.

I can now say confidently that I look forward to the next time reaching out for help with LearnDash in the future.

We've been using Learndash for years now and I can say that this is the best plug-in to use for a learning academy. It's extremely easy to navigate and edit and whatever it is you want to do to your website I am pretty sure you will be able to do it especially with the help of their stellar support team.

What I love about their support team is that if what you are about to do is complicated, they would gladly do it for you and fix it for you in a short amount of time!

Tarun quickly and effectively provided a solution to my issue

Support team is prompt to reply and virtually always has the solution to my problem in one interaction. There have been times when I made them an admin, so that they could poke around and see why this or that didn't talk to each other.

I love LearnDash and their amazing support team! Ed Garcia helped me to fix a little bug really quickly!
