Leaders - Worcester Arvostelua

Brilliant service from all the team at Leaders in Worcester. First time renting and they made it so simple and easy for us at the start. A special thanks for Lewis, who as our housing manager sorted everything we needed quickly and efficiently during the 2 years and was just great to deal with.

Tierney, Lewis, Alice, Sarah & Craig! serious team! so good, would recommend them to all landlords ! first class! thanks team!

Natalie has been a great help always, swift to respond to my concerns and has made me think nobody does it better than Leaders.

Dealt with Kate Beale whilst trying to find a place to rent around Worcester. First property didn’t come to fruition however Kate was quick to find a really good alternative .

Background checks were really quick and Kate kept me up to date throughout .

Thank you :)

Needing to review rent and adjust tenancy agreement for our tenants, I spoke to Sophie Conway. She was really helpful and considered both our needs and tenants, finding sympathetic ways to approach the situation for our tenants. She offered solutions I would not have thought of, and her response to my queries were always timely and considerate. Could not praise highly enough.

My sincerest gratitude to Tierney (Property Manager). Tierney has been my property manager for 3yrs now and I never had any bad experience with her at all.

I totally have no clue about the technicalities of renting a house in the UK. All I know is, I pay, I keep the house clean and that's it. All other concerns such as maintenance, repairs and legal stuff are definitely not my areas of expertise.

That's where Tierney comes in! Everything I need, any questions I have and all requests I have are all sorted out in a very swift manner.

Tierney has an amazing customer service skills. She always gets things done, the way it should be and she communicates everything very clearly.

I am so happy with Tierney and Leaders!

I have recently moved into a rental property in Worcester and the service received from all staff but namely Alice and Tierney has been first class, both have helped and sorted any questions and queries I had quickly, professionally and politely - making what can be a stressful process much less hassle. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

Nigel was brilliant from start to finish. And always went above and beyond, personable but professional throughout.

Lewis was on hand throughout our tenancy to answer queries and assist with maintenance queries. After some initial issues when moving in, and although the conduct of the landlord cannot be controlled by Leaders, Lewis and the team were always very helpful and professional when addressing problems. I'd recommend them to new tenants in the area.

Aimee provided excellent after tenancy care, was able to provide me with a reference despite me having moved out over 5 years ago!

Every member of the team has been friendly, efficient and very approachable.
Our property was speedily assessed and put on the market.
all calls and emails were answered speedily.
Very pleased, looking forward a speedy sale.

My experience with leaders has always been good, they’ve dealt with anything I’ve brought to their attention and I’ve kinda been left alone which I like as a tenant.
Recently though I’ve had a few maintenance issues within my home and I’ve got to say a big thankyou to Lewis Langdell who has been super efficient in dealing with the issues, keeping me informed every step of the way and is always quick to reply to my emails, we need more people like Lewis, he’s a pleasure to talk to and is always so polite.

Fantastic service from Natalie and the team at Kings Norton/Worcester shower broken replaced with brand new within 24hrs!!!!

Worked with Leaders for many years and have always found them to be helpful and efficient. Shout out to Natalie and Neil for always keeping us up to date

Having only recently entered into being a landlord I needed a company that was going to assist me in every step.
My contact Alice Gadd is very professional and provided all information in a friendly manner for which I am very appreciative of.
Any decision that needed made was presented to me via email and then with a one to one call.
A pleasure to deal with on every level.

Just moved into our new place and must praise the team for their help thus far.

Specifically Kate who was very helpful from the start, and Lewis who has been immensely helpful in dealing with the early teething issues post-move.

Quite happy with the support we have received so far and hope to continue on this trajectory.

Natalie is very helpful and polite. Any issues we have are always sorted as soon as possible
